9pm Report by Joan Quinn Eastman, Maureen Steele & Ron Bouchard There is no greater weapon that can be used against us than our children. I am bringing to your attention with urgency a case where the Department of Children and Families and the courts in Massachusetts are wielding that power with full force against a Massachusetts family whose five children have been unlawfully taken into state custody. The Rivera family of Fitchburg, Massachusetts has been torn apart. Two months ago, a private hearing was held, as is customary for child services administrative agencies, where the parents were not present. In a truly unbelievable turn of events a magistrate, not even a judge, rubber stamped the removal of the children and the arrest of their parents. The father, Isael Rivera, was incarcerated for more than two months. A superior court Judge refused to reduce his outrageous bail of $20,000. Mother, Ruth Encarnacion, was bailed out after a month of time served in Texas and Massachusetts. Sheis limited to only supervised visits with her five children (absent proof of anyharm or neglect), and has been advised to have no contact with her partner of 11 years and the father of her children. How? Why? By what Authority? Massachusetts pursued the Rivera family across State lines, and left the mother and father in jail in Texas for a month before extradition. They were arrested and charged with five counts of “kidnapping of a minor child by a relative” after traveling to Texas to escape the relentless harassment of Massachusetts agencies and law-enforcement. The American family— arguably, the most important pillar of our great country— is under attack. Texas and Massachusetts must be held to account for their unlawful actions and this family must be made whole again, immediately, before further damage is done. If this egregious breach of the most fundamental of rights is allowed to stand, it will only embolden government agencies that are already drunk with power, to open the floodgates for the continued stripping of our rights. This tragedy has captured national attention, blasted out on multiple online publishing and social media platforms garnering millions of views and comments, as well as the support of prominent journalists who are stepping up to assist (see below), expose, and dismantle agencies like Massachusetts DCF, a billion dollar operation unto itself. The citizen driven Department of Government Accountability (DOGA) has announced the formation of the United Law Coalition with the Rivera family’s ordeal front and center asa stark example of the power abuse DOGA aims to curtail. It’s no surprise that mainstream media has remained silent as they continue to cover up horrific stories like the Rivera’s. Together we can right this wrong. Please help those who have stepped forward to navigate the Rivera family out of this nightmare of gross government overreach. We respectfully request that you activate media who are able expose this story, as well as assist the DOGA team and others who have come forward to swiftly resolve this serious and time sensitive matter. Hi, everybody, and welcome to the special edition of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg, and it is the nineteenth day of May twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show tonight. So you you guys know that I come on with a lot of controversial issues, and this one is probably in the category of the top of my list, which is saving the children and working to protect our families. And I want to invite some very special guests on. Joan Quinn Eastman and Maureen Steele and Ron Bouchard are going to be on, talking about what happened to the children of the Rivera family. This is an example of, honestly, I can't stand these organizations if you watch me at all. CPS is like one of the largest child trafficking organizations, HHS, in North America, and I'm disgusted by these people. We've had the Hammonds on with Liliana Rose and such, and now we've got a whole family that's had a horrible, egregious assault on their family. They're going to be coming up to a very important day on Thursday. And I need to have everyone jump on this, spreading the news of this to put pressure on those people who literally kidnapped the children of an entire family through the unconstitutional entities that say they're there to protect children. It's all a bunch of crap and we're going to bring everybody on here. Hey guys, how you doing? Great. Thank you so much. Terrific. Wonderful. Thank you so much for coming on tonight. You know what? I'm going to, I'm going to change my, my, my view here and see if we can see Maureen too, a little bit easier. So I'm, I'm really glad to have you on and I'm going to let you guys just take the, you know, take the wheel here a little bit and guide this discussion so that people can know exactly what's going on, what's going on this week, Thursday, and give them the backstory of what happened to this family. CPS, And what is it, MDF? It's Department of Children and Families in Massachusetts, but it's all under that umbrella of child predatory services. That's a good way to put it. It's child predatory services. And literally, you know, and if you don't know this, a lot of these organizations are getting paid a million dollars per kid. What's that? It's outrageous. And in Massachusetts, the Department of Children and Families is a billion dollar bill. And so they look at a family like the Rivera's, they had an issue with one child, but they say, oh, they have five children, five for the price of one. Let's get five kids in the system and pay twenty seven salaries with each child. It is an absolute abomination and it must be changed. And the reason We three are on this call right now, and the reason I'm driving is Maureen's flight was late tonight, but she flew up from Florida to cover this story and this very important court date on Thursday, which I'll tell you about in a moment, because we are all absolutely shocked and mortified by this egregious story. The rights of this family have been violated soup to nuts, from dad all the way down to the one-year-old baby, which the parents will be lucky if they even get to see their own baby on his first birthday. And it all stems from parents and people like you who know their rights and asserted their rights and dared to defy number one, the authority of a doctor and number two, the authority of DCF. And so they're literally making an example of this father in particular and basically using everybody against him. It's just, it's a horrible, horrible story. It's very, very sad. And this Thursday, there's a rally to reunite the Rivera family. And there's a hearing happening in Fitchburg, Fitchburg District Court, at eight thirty a.m. on Thursday, this coming Thursday, the twenty second. And you can come any time between eight thirty and ten thirty. They usually don't take this case until later in the morning. No guarantee. But it's more important that people show up with signs, with support and show like we're doing, taking a stand against this violation, a total disregard for fundamental rights, the most fundamental of which is parenting our children, our you know our property our our dna and um what's happened here is they have completely shunned that government overreach has torn this family apart they are all in different directions five five children age ten down to one year and um the mother and father are not even allowed to talk to each other it's horrible it's just horrible how do they justify that Yeah, exactly. So when the doctor insisted that the baby have a shot, The father said, no, we have religious exemptions. We do not want our child to be subjected to this. And the doctor said, if you do not give this baby this shot right now, I will have no choice but to report you to DCF for neglect. And the father said, give me my bill of health for my baby. I'm leaving. You do what you got to do. Call the police if you want. And sure enough, that doctor did. now uh maureen steele is here she is a very very powerful writer and activist and advocate and she's researched this story and she learned some interesting information about the doctor um so maybe she can share that with you sure um he was trained in tehran iran and um you know obviously you know he must think we're under sharia law here or something because I mean it was so way out of line but was what was worse was that dcf opened the case when you call when you file a a report um with dcf there's a process called the screen in or screen out so if you You call and say, you know, there's a kid walking down the street with no coat on. I think he's being neglected. You know, someone receives that and they decide whether or not it's worth an investigation. And so as soon as that doctor submitted that the parents refused a shot, it should have been a screen out because they have, you know, the right to refuse. shots for their children that's their right and it's lying and so so the fact that cps you know opened this case in the first place is is just an outrage um and then to pursue it later you know chasing them across state lines you know taking the kids then not allowing the parents to see the kids um they were held in jail in texas for thirty days on two point five million dollars bail There are murderers that don't get held on bail like that. And these are parents that have never abused their children. They homeschool their children. It's so egregious. And what people need to understand is if they can do this to a family that hasn't harmed their children, You know, they can do it to anybody. So no one is immune to this. Massachusetts has gone full commie under, you know, this new governor and and the mayor. These liberal policies are destroying this beautiful state, which was once the, you know, the seat of liberty for our country. And it's really it's really a shame. I used to live in Massachusetts for a while, and it's really sad to see what's what's become of it. Wow. Do you, do you have like a timeline of kind of what happened to them so that people can understand kind of the, the events, you know, you gave a little bit about them going into the doctor and then, you know, the, the rest and such. Can you give us more information on that? Yes. So, um, So the mother actually asked the father to take the baby to the doctor because she had been subjected to pressure from doctors in the past. And she thought that the father would be better at refusing it. They were in agreement that they didn't want their children to have these shots. They knew their rights. They asserted their rights. So dad went in. Refused it. He said you do what you got to do and Within days DCF came and knocking on the door. Oh, well, we need to see your baby We hear that you're neglecting your baby and he said no, we're not our children are just fine. I We do not need your services. We do not contract with you. We do not consent to your services. Well, they wouldn't relent. They just kept coming back with more Fitchburg police and DCF agents, and they were pounding on the door. And the family was becoming very uncomfortable. And they really resented the fact that they were being forced to engage in an agency whose services they didn't need. So they opted to travel to Texas with their family to just let the whole thing calm down and figure out how to deal with it. But one thing they knew for sure was that they were not wanting to get involved with DCF because once they get their clutches into you, it's... it's weeks months sometimes years most commonly years so um they were in uh texas for going on about three weeks everything was going fine they were short on formula for the baby dad went out purchased the formula that his debit card dinged and evidently his face was recognized on a scanner And the place they were staying was surrounded by twenty police officers in twenty minutes. It was extraordinary. It was absolutely extraordinary. So mother and father were taken out by gunpoint, handcuffed in front of their five terrified children. Children were shipped back to Massachusetts. Mother and father, as Maureen just mentioned, stuck down there for two point five million dollars bail. That's about half a million for each of the five children. They were charged with five counts of kidnapping of a minor by a family member. How can you kidnap your own children? I mean, this whole thing is just so ludicrous. So many people acted out of line. So they left them down there for a month and they were finally extradited back to Massachusetts where the local press just got hold of it. We saw the initial hearings and then Father was stuck in jail for a twenty K bail. Couldn't get it reduced. Had a hearing. Judge refused. And they're just treating them like criminals. They're they're being suffered to the Napoleonic Code here. They are guilty until proven innocent. They're already being punished before they've been given due process. So evidently there were a couple of seventy two hour hearings that were held and. The parents were not notified about that and therefore they were not present. And a magistrate, not even a judge, a magistrate actually rubber stamped the removal of the children. How scary is that, Donna? So mother was bailed out after a month. Father stayed in jail for more than two months. Two months and a week, I think it was. And he just got out and he's just starting to have hearings. And this hearing on Tuesday, which were rallying people to reunite the in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. You're there, you know anybody there, please come, support this family, rally to reunite them. This is the first time Izzy and Ruth, who have been family partners for eleven years, will see each other in public since this whole ordeal went down. How are the kids doing? Did they know where the kids are? Are they with family members or did they put them into the CPS system? Fortunately, they were placed with maternal relatives. Ironically, the same sister who reported them missing, which launched the interstate manhunt. And then that sister has the baby and their mother, the maternal. Ruth's mother and this sister's mother had the other four children. And evidently, they do spend a lot of time together. So... So that's good news that they're with family members, but it's very sad that a baby is bonding now with a sister instead of his own mother. And hopefully they'll all be getting more time together very soon. But American Made Action is up here demanding that this whole thing just be dismissed and the families made whole immediately. And that's why Maureen is here and Anne VanderSteel is joining tomorrow and they'll be at the rally on Thursday. We're working in conjunction with wethepeopletoo.us, that's the number two, which is Ron Bluchard. And Ron, perhaps you could shed some light on the unlawfulness of all these actions. Well, most people don't realize they think that Child Protective Services is acting within the law. And in almost, well, in all cases, Child Protective Services has no lawful authority to do what they're doing. It acts under what's called Title XLII in U.S. Code. And that was never properly ratified by Congress. See, under Article I, Section VIII of the Constitution, we delegated specific powers to Congress. There is no Congress, congressional power to tell it to decide how we're going to deal with our children. There is none. Article one, section eight does not have any authority whatsoever to pass legislation to create child protective services. So that's where the evil begins. And even under their Social Security Act, it says that you can't remove a child away from their parents without parental consent. Yeah. And the Constitution says in every case that if you're going to remove life, liberty, or property from anyone, you need to give them due process. And due process is a nine-step process. It's a process that's sanctioned by maxims of law, which is fundamental law that existed long before Congress. And if you go to our website, wethepeopleto.us slash CPS, there is a page on there with videos at the bottom. And you can actually hear CPS workers themselves saying, where is the statute that says we can't lie? What is that website again? We the people to. Dot us. We the people, the number two dot us slash child protective service or CPS is the CPS page. I absolutely detest these, these people in, in that, that handle that, that. kidnap children and they want to sit there and try to buffalo the rest of us that they give a crap about anybody. These people are the lowest of the low. They have turned it into legal kidnapping of children in their little sale of human beings' lives for money. These are the lowest of the low human beings, in my opinion, that truly are on the planet. Those that hurt children. So on our website also under, so on that website, there's a current action items tab as well. So if you go to Child Protective Services, if you go to the bottom, there is a notification, and that gives you all the law as to what they violated. These are notices that you can actually send to the Child Protective Services office that is currently dealing with the Rivera's, telling them unlawful. And anybody who wants to know the law, you can read that notice and see what the law actually says. So there's some other shows that we're talking about this case, and we'll put yours on there as well. So that's Shopify text shows. But if you go to the current action items, which is a tab there, a notice is that people can sign. They go, just click on that button, the current action items word. Okay, Ron, I am going to, Ron, I just want to warn you guys, we're getting ready to get off the highway, so we may drop you. But Donna, we want to thank you so much for illuminating this story. And Ron is going to explain action items that people could take to actually impact this case. And of course, The family was cleaned out to raise this twenty grand to get him out of jail after two months. And the problem is that Gibson Go and not Gibson Go, but GoFundMe is withholding a good chunk of those funds. Isn't that awful? And so if you know they've lost their home in this process, he has to create a He has to create a fund to reestablish their home because they won't give the children back to either parent until they're in a three-bedroom apartment, minimum, with five kids. So now Izzy is trying desperately to provide for his family now that he's out of jail. So if people want to contribute, please go to the Give, Send, Go, which is on Give, Send, Go. It's help Ruth and Izzy. help Izzy and Ruth in their fight for justice, I believe the link is. Maybe you have it there, Ron, and you can share it. And we'll hang as long as we can while we're navigating and while we still have signal. But Donna, I just wanted to thank you so much for bringing this very important story, which has captured the nation's ire and fury, and for good reason, to the attention of your audience. And we really implore everybody to help as much as you can in any way you can. Okay? I'll put links out too on my other social media accounts and such to make sure that they have the, you know, the fullest amount of help that they can from the other American people. Because quite honestly, our government right now has become so rogue and so, well, it has been for a long time, has gone in a really bad direction. I think we're going in a good direction, but we've got these outliers there. that still think that they're not subject to the law or lawful conduct. And they don't even exist, actually. And Judge Supreme Court Justice Cannon even quoted Norton versus Shelby County, which proves that CPS in any of these organizations have no, they have no standing. They don't exist. And they, they, they're constitutionally, they're absolutely, it's not just not allowable. They don't even exist. The only reason why they do is because we, we have not fought them. And I'd love to see them just sue the ever living, you know, hell out of these people that have committed this crime and go for like, you know, just incredible damages. They need to go after them. because you love litigation you need to know what american made action is doing here and they do want to talk to you about the united of the uh united law coalition yeah I would love that because this is my thing right now I'm getting ready to file another lawsuit tomorrow and it's like it's like they can keep they can keep you know doing stupid stuff and guess what some of us are going to hold them accountable Yeah, so Anne VanderSteel and I, American Made Action, we just launched a couple weeks ago on the steps of the DOJ in DC, the official launch of American Made Action, but also the Department of Government Accountability, which is a grassroots organization. But underneath the Department of Government Accountability is the United Law Coalition. We have over a thousand lawyers that are poised to take action. Love to have you in it. And we are bringing the lawsuits. We're suing people personally, professionally, for deprivation of rights under color of law, for fraud. No one's gonna be able to hide. We've had two retired judges come out of retirement to help with craft strategy. So we're about to light it up and we're going to do it first here in Massachusetts. We're going after CPS here. We're also going after all of these lower courts, these rogue judges, these family courts, probate courts. They're not constitutional. There's no due process. There's no innocence until proven guilty. They're removing property from people without a trial by jury. There's nothing constitutional about these courts and they must be shut down. So that is our goal over the next year is to just shut down CPS and demolish the lower courts. And also, I think you're onto something. Ron will explain that he's figured out a way to suck the lifeblood out of Title IV, which is what funds all of this nefarious action. Yeah, so that's what I had you open up on the current action items. There's a notice there, and that notice is for dismantling Title IV-E, abolishing Title IV-E funding. And that notice is a digital notice, so people can sign no matter what state they're in. They just have to click it like you just did, and they can put stop filing. and they can read the whole notice, and then once they read the notice, they can sign digitally. And as soon as they do, it goes to the President of the United States, it goes to Pam Bondi, it goes to all of the Congress, it goes to all the members who have something to do, and the authority to get rid of Title IV-E funding. And this needs to be abolished because this is the lifeblood of the child trafficking ring called Child Protective Services. This is what funds them. This is what gives them the incentive. If they didn't have Title IV-E funding, they wouldn't have any incentive. Well, it's all about the money. I mean, that's what all these guys are like. They're like opportunistic parasites of our world. And that's They never make anything themselves. All they do is go and jump on other things like a parasite and live off of other people. And it's unfortunate. Talk about a worthless group of human beings. This would be it. The CPS and such. They don't do anything. Yeah. And not only that, they do it all under the cloak of darkness. And they say, oh, we have to protect the identity of the children. They have a license to lie. which they do profoundly. And they won't let anybody know the details of these cases. And there needs to be legislation passed that parents their cases are made public or not. Because with a on them, which is what we're doing right now, they're gonna think twice about trying to get away with these unlawful actions that are so harmful. I mean, this family has literally been torn apart in four different directions. It's outrageous. They've lost their home. They've lost their routine. It just can't be tolerated. It just can't stand. This is a very lovely, harmonious family. The Good Samaritans in Texas that took them in and helped them said that the children are so well-behaved and polite and happy, and there's so much joyful interaction between the family members. It's just heartbreaking. The whole thing is heartbreaking, and again, This is the United States of America. Why the heck are we permitting the Napoleonic Code to apply to this family? They're being horribly, horribly punished when there has been absolutely zero evidence of neglect or abuse of their children. so that's where we are and well I don't know how anybody can give them any any credibility for anything when you know that they've lost like I it's it's like up to eight hundred thousand kids and they're part of this child trafficking nonsense grabbing kids away from their families down in guatemala and said how can we say with this much failure that there's anything good that should survive these organizations need to be absolutely abolished, flatlined. And the people that are involved in it prosecuted for crimes against humanity. There's nothing short of there's so much evidence of the trafficking that's going on in these in these organizations. I had the Hammond family on here and they had taken their daughter and they trafficked her and they they absolutely have proof of it. And it's really, really sad the stuff that's happened under the alleged care of these monsters. And so, yeah, we got to call it out for what it is. I'm sure you're familiar with this statistic, but it's worth repeating. Ninety percent of the sex traffic children in this country, which is a huge industry, child porn and sex trafficking, huge industry. It's disgraceful. Ninety percent, upwards of ninety percent come from foster care. So fortunately, this family, these children are with family, but oh my God, if something changes, they really are at peril. And the other thing I need to point out before I go, and I do want to defer to Ron at this point, because we're going to be getting a little funky with a lot of directions here, is that there is a horrible stigma attached to CPS. The minute it's mentioned, you are automatically declared, oh, you must have done something wrong because there's no way a government agency would have come in and taken your child unless it was justified. I know personally for a fact that that's untrue. So does Maureen. We've both experienced it. It's outrageous, and yet you're a pariah. You know, people just think immediately you're guilty. And you know what? CPS thinks that too, and they act accordingly. And it's gotta stop. It's gotta be reformed and changed. Did you both lose a child to CPS, or did you have interactions with them yourself? I didn't lose a child, but I did have interactions with them and it was disgusting. The same with the family court judge. Again, there's nothing lawful, there's nothing, your rights are not upheld by the agency. I was threatened by the agency and the judge was not protecting my rights or my children's at all. When you get into these situations, usually the perpetrator, the abuser, seems to get more deference than the good parent. And they do everything they can to cause as much pain as possible. I was in a terrible domestic violence situation. And I said not too long after and when I was going through it that I was far more traumatized by the court system and by CPS than I was by the abuser. What a scavenger. And I swore then, I was thirty-four years old, that I would spend the rest of my life telling women, don't leave a domestic violence situation. If you think your life is hell now, get into the system. It'll be even worse. If you think you're traumatized now, get into the system. It'll be even worse. So, I mean, I never ended up doing that. I was just... survival mode for years. But my children are all adults now and I'm a grandmother. But yeah, those are the hardest years of my life. And it was deep because of the courts and CPS. And that was my struggle here in New England, five years with four children, single mother with four children. Isn't that amazing? And the reason I'm speaking to you today is because we almost lost a grandchild to the system. I actually my grandchildren are thirteenth generation Eastman in America. And when I learned that one of my grandchildren had been taken by CPS, I called the governor right away. I had the blessing and the backing of the governor. I called the president's office. I called state senators here and in Arizona. And I rushed out there. And despite that, despite the fact that I served on a board for special needs children, because my grandson's autistic, my husband and I served for ten years, despite multiple letters of endorsement and recommendation, they wanted to adopt out this baby. I had to leave my husband. of thirty six years move in with my son. When I went to Arizona, I was treated like a third. I was in a third world country. It was extraordinary. The lying, the cheating, the total disrespect for everyone, the manipulations. It was horrific. By the grace of God, we were able to keep him from being adopted out. He's been back in Massachusetts for eight years now. But that is why I'm speaking to you, because I never in a million years would have believed that the government would overstep and would do so much to harm a family until I experienced it myself. Because I was one of those people that thought, oh, they did something wrong. There must be drugs or violence or something. Most of it is nonsense. Most of it is lies and corruption and collusion and coercion. And it's Rico and it's so deep and it's so awful. And each and every one of us has to do everything in our power to stop it. And it can start right at WeThePeopleToo.us, signing a notice, getting involved, becoming educated and protecting yourself against it. And this is a landmark case that's really helping to increase awareness along that line now. Well, I'm so proud of you guys for stepping up and leading the charge on this to raise that awareness and helping people understand how serious this is. And it's extraordinary to see people that are willing to fight for what's right. Yeah, I mean, there are so many people out there that are just complaining and not doing anything. And American made action is just that action. We the people to the number two dot us is action. There are action items you can take right there. Ron has weekly calls. There are a lot of things you can do to empower yourself with the knowledge to protect yourself and your family against this wrongdoing. And we the people have the power innately within us. Each and every one of us is sovereign. That is very different from being a sovereign citizen. We are sovereign. We have God-given rights. And Ron can talk a lot more about that. about that and we've never lost the power, the power like Trump said when he was inaugurated in twenty seventeen. It is time to put the power back where it belongs with we the people and people are stepping up and claiming it with the help of American made action. We the people too and other people who are helping to return that knowledge to people and empower them with the knowledge because that's where the power lies. We've never lost the power. We've just lost the knowledge. True enough. True enough. Do you guys need to leave or can you stay on for a while yet? We've got about seven more miles on this road and then you'll lose us. Okay. How about we do this because I want to say a prayer for you guys right now because I always say a prayer before we get offline and then I'll talk to Ron some more because I want to pray for blessings for you guys before Thursday and that people would help you get your message out. Is that okay? Thank you so much. Okay, let's pray together, guys. Y'all know the drill. This is what I do, okay? So dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Maureen and Joan and Ron and everyone who has stepped forward to step in front of this family, the threat to this family and stand in the gap. We ask for your blessings and your protection. over each one of the children, the Rivera children, and for mom and dad, that you would let this experience teach them and bring them closer. We know that you can bring good out of every bad situation that crosses our path. And may your favor rest very mightily upon open doors, help people to come to their aid, and help. people to come forward on Thursday, that there would just be a massive wave of people defending, defending this family, defending all families. defending our nation and standing for your good purposes. We thank you so very much for bringing us all together as brothers and sisters, standing for each other's rights, the rights you gave us, and in honor and in love for each other. We thank you so much. You've been a great friend to us, and we want to be a friend to you. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. And I'm at one more thing. God, please heal Joan and Maureen's hearts for the difficulties that they've gone through with their family and bless their children mightily and give them your favor and your peace throughout their entire lives. In Jesus' name we pray. Thank you so much. And if you could extend those prayers to Ron, too, and the amazing work that he is doing. He is a tireless, tireless warrior. Okay, well, we'll go to that next too. So, Ron, let's talk some more about what's going on here. What else would you like to talk about? What other information can we get out there? Well, the vast majority of people think that Child Protective Services has a right to just come and take their children for any such offense. But what actually has to happen is they need to be a witness to something that is an immediate harm to that child, and they have to sign an affidavit. Then that affidavit has to go to a court, to a judge, and a court of record, and they have to get a warrant. Only with immediate harm can that child be taken away. In every other instance, it's supposed to get due process. So this is not about not protecting vulnerable children. But we have eight thousand children in the foster care system in Massachusetts. And of those eight thousand children, we estimate only about forty nine were actually lawfully taken from their parents. Wow, only forty nine? Forty nine. So how do these kids get out of that system? I mean, that this is outrageous. It's more than outrageous. And, you know, it's funny because I had a nonprofit early on when I didn't know anything about it. I had a nonprofit and my nonprofit would give care packages to Children's Child Protective Services. It was a backpack full of stuffed animals and socks and things because they're taken from their home so quickly. I thought, how unfair for these children. They need to have something because they have two seconds in a trash bag to figure out what goes, you know, what to bring. So I would bring, and you know, can you imagine you're a teenager and you're in a stranger's house and you have to ask for feminine hygiene products of your foster parents? I couldn't even imagine. So we would put those inside the bags and they would be labeled per age. We had books, we had notebooks, we had pens. Wow. We had things that the kids could use. Deodorant for teenagers. Fidget toys. So But when I went into the Child Protective Services office, all I was doing was giving them backpacks. I asked nothing from them. I didn't want to know anything about any child. All I wanted to do is how many bags you want, what age groups you need, and that's it. Well, I was in a meeting, and there were thirty Child Protective Service workers in a circle, two of which were from the main office, and they were vipers. They were vipers. Now, I just told you, I want nothing from them. But because I depicted the children with trash bags, I didn't blame DCF. I was just saying the children, the reality of children are not trash. We shouldn't be treating them as trash. We should give them bags. So they don't associate themselves with throwaway. Because my background was in psychology. And I can't imagine having a child carrying a trash bag around. What does that tell them? That's like really low life behavior right there, first off. And second off, it shows me somebody that's totally incompetent in managing a humanitarian effort. Yeah. So I was in this group, and I'm trying to give these backpacks. And the two vipers said, I don't like you. I said, why is that? They said, because we don't like your messaging. We don't like that you depict children being taken away with trash bags. Well, what they didn't expect was there was a child protective services worker of thirty years who was ready to retire. And he stood up and said, wait a minute here. He comes in here offering to give us whatever we want, didn't ask anything from us, and you're attacking him? I've been in this business for thirty years, and in the back of my truck for thirty years, I've had trash bags. I've never had anything but a trash bag for these kids. And now we have somebody giving us bags, and you're going to disparage him because he showed a picture of children with trash bags? Which is the reality. It was completely outrageous. So the child protection services, a lot of them would defend me, but that was before I knew that the entire system was completely fraudulent. So I think a lot of people get into it because they think they're helping kids, but that's not what happens once they're there. It swallows them up. It swallows them up. Well, a lot of people get stuck out. I just want to thank you for that. We're going to sign off because we're about to take the exit. But I want to thank you so much for that because not only do they get removed with their things in a trash bag, but they sleep on the floor in the offices of DCF. My own grandson spent a night on the floor in the office of DCF. I'm just, I'm speechless. But thank you so much for that beautiful work. And Donna, thanks so much for having us again. And we will be following up with you soon. Thanks, Donna. Yeah, you guys have safe travel tonight. Get some sleep, Maureen. I know you had a really long day today. And you guys just continue on as the warriors you are. It's just such a pleasure to talk with you. Likewise, my dear. Okay, thanks so much, Ron. Talk to you soon. Bye-bye. Good night. Bye-bye. Okay, I guess it's just you and I here. So I'm kind of shocked that they're having the kids sleep in the office on the floor. And they want to say they're doing a good thing? Are you kidding me? No, because sometimes they don't have any placements. And the most disgusting thing is they keep on bringing him from home to home to home. So if a child's been abused, he doesn't even know a home he was at last. He can't remember how many homes he was just in. And can you imagine adjusting to the systems of each household? They can't lay down their roots, which is the whole point. That's really sad. Did you have any resolution to giving the stuff to the CPS there, or did they just continue to be jerks? No, there were a couple of offices. My local office won't talk to me at all. They never took any bags. They wouldn't even let me in. Oh, you're kidding me. No, no. Whereas to other offices, they were always letting me in. They always took my bags and they were always nice to me. But it was the head ups that were destructive. Do you get a feeling that they're doing this intentionally to hurt the kids? I think the kids are a commodity. I think that that's what they are. They're being treated as if they're chattel. And one of the people who used to work for me in my nonprofit was a girl who herself was in Child Protective Services. So she was doing it because she knew what it was like to be a child. And she was telling me horror stories of being locked in the trunk by her foster parents. Oh, you're kidding. No. So it's a nightmare. It's a nightmare. So the benefits that we think that Child Protection Services would be giving to these kids are outweighed by the detriments to these kids. So the whole system all around needs to be rethought. Now, kids who are vulnerable need to be protected. But that's such a small percentage of the cases. And we have to follow the law. And like I said, on wethepeopleto.us, on that page, the CPS page, on the bottom of that page, there are videos. And if you go to those videos, you would have to go to the Child Protective Services page. But you can go from the menu if you go to Protect Our Children and go down to Child Protective Services. Let's go. There we go. And then you go all the way to the bottom. And there's a song there I wrote for the Rivera family at the top there that is all about hands off our kids. We've talked the talk, now we're on the line. No more silence, it's justice time. Our babies cry, their hearts slay. Five taunts of hope, while cowards obey. Thank you. Do you dare to steal our love and conscience there? Hands off our kids. You crossed the line. You used our children as your shield. The truth is much is hard unsealed. By what authority we now demand. Stand and face the people's stems. Up far, jailed, for love and strong Hellfire looks for doing good wrong You point your guns and call it peace So we rise in the name of liberty With battle pain and passive clarity From Beacon Hill Crying loud, the people speak, suffering in town. Hands off our kids, they're not even strong. We'll see you then. Oh, that's really nice. So at the bottom of the page, there's a bunch of videos that people can go watch. And if you watch them, it's egregious what child protective services actually does because they have a license to lie. So you can see the court cases all the way at the bottom, people going all the way to the bottom. There we go, right there. So see, all of these are CPS depositions in court cases. And they will tell you, this CPS worker in the stripes will even tell you that there's no statute that says she can't lie. And she tells it to the court. So they lie, cheat, and steal. It doesn't matter. They make it all up. It doesn't matter. Well, I suppose if you're out there trading kids around and child trafficking, you probably don't have much of a moral code. So I'm so sorry. And I'm sorry for the whole world. I'm sorry for the mom and dad involved in this case. I'm sorry for the abuse you've taken and everybody else out there who has had run-ins with these horrible people. I really feel bad for everyone. And I'm so proud that you continue to fight. Well, somebody's got to, right? Yeah. So what's the next step? Is there anything else you want to talk about today? No. I mean, on our website, we do a lot of notices. So we teach people how to put all of child protective services on notice, but not only child protective services, any of these bad actors in government. And every Wednesday night we have a call and we teach people how to defend their rights. Where do they find that? On wethepeopleto.us, on the same website, on the front page, there is a... there's a couple of tabs. Right on the front page, there's actually a link to the Wednesday Night Call. But also, if you go to the Education tab, I have tons of educational videos already pre-recorded. So I did a series on the Founding Documents Primer, which goes through the Declaration of Independence, the Constitutions, and the Bill of Rights. And then the next one I did was on a deep dive down the rabbit hole for those who are a little bit more astute, going from And how we got here. And all the history in between. And what the founding fathers actually had to endure behind the scenes that nobody understands. And how they were poisoned. And most people don't know the vast majority of the beginning founding fathers were poisoned. Really? Yeah, they were killed. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, James Monroe, all poisoned. Wow, you've done a lot of work. Oh, I didn't have the page up here. I was scrolling down it hoping to show everybody what you've done here. Well, this is amazing. You know, I know a lot of people that are in the notices groups like that stand with the teachings of like Jaron Jackson and David Jose. And you guys are doing a lot of work. You know, I listen to people that talk a lot on my show, but you guys are actually doing the work. And I have a lot of respect for that. You've cranked out a lot of stuff there, buddy. Yeah. And there's a forty four page workbook that goes with it. You can download on that Foundry Documents Workshop, which if you pull down a little bit. So people and it has the entire Constitution Declaration of Independence right there. Oh, that's cool. Yeah. So it's a good teaching tool. It's also good for children to learn the Constitution. My son actually knows the Constitution Declaration of Independence. So when we were homeschooling him, that's we taught him pretty much the same kind of thing. Oh, that's wonderful. I'm a homeschool mom. My kids are all older now, you know, they're in their thirties coming up on forty and I'm a homeschool mom. So I was done with the system a long time ago, you know, and I think it's a really important time that we live in for parents to step up and actually raise their children and, you know, not, you know, protect them because that's That's what God called us to do is to protect our children and raise our children. And so is there anything else that we can do to put these people in check and perhaps even educate them a little bit? The most important thing people can do is to diffuse this knowledge. So have a broad diffusion of knowledge. If people don't understand their rights, then they have none. So we have to make sure that other people share what they've learned with other people. So we say, get together in groups. Get together in groups of five, ten people. Go meet up at your house and pop a video in. and and you can have a discussion group there are actually people who have done that throughout the country who use my system and they actually have asked me for the slides and I gave them slides and transcripts and they're teaching it in their locality where where's the system is I saw the videos is there some further videos the videos in conjunction with the um with the uh with the book Oh, that's awesome. That's so awesome. And then I have Common Law Academy. And Common Law Academy goes from authority of law, where law begins, the authority, all the way to understanding where rights come from, where the law comes from, what the law is, up into the rules of law. I'm looking for... Oh, here we go. Yeah, Common Law Green and Red. Common Law Green is what you're looking for. Common Law Red is taking everyday issues and then applying it to the... common law green yeah okay and that's fundamental those are fundamental law series so okay did you write all this yep all of it wow yep see the first one goes through the authority of law and who has the authority to tell you what to do and how do we know so that's one-on-one you know there's no bit more can I play some of this sure This is extraordinary, Ron. Thank you. Okay. Put my camera back on. Welcome to the first lesson of Common Law Academy. I'm Ron Bouchard. I will be the instructor for the class, along with Tina will be assisting me. So say hi, Tina. Good evening, everyone. And so this series is different than my last series, which is not up currently. Anyway, you can't get confused at this moment. But when I do put it back up, we have two different Common Law Academy series. One was by John Lutke, and that is on traffic and common law principles. This primarily is going to be centering around funding. That's cool. I know John. John Lucky? Yes. You do? Yeah. You taught the blue series on traffic, and then I taught the green series, and then there was a red series. Oh, that's very cool. Yeah, I know John. So what a small world we live in. Yeah. You know Darleaf? Yeah. I'm good friends with Dar. And so, yeah, I met, I met John years ago. Yeah. So yeah, I'm friends with all of them over there. So that's a lot of group in Michigan that we're friends with. Yeah. That in fact, the group got back together again last weekend. I got a call from one of them and, and told me about the, the one group that works over there in Barry County. And I'm like, cool, I'm going to come back there again. And, And good to know that everybody's back together. And so probably go attend some of those meetings because they're really good guys. So, yeah. So anyhow, well, this is great that you're on tonight. And I thank you for all the work that you've done and everybody that you've been working with. I love the notices that are going out. from so many different people there it's amazing Greg martini has been on with me on Wednesdays to talk about it at ten o'clock and he'll be on he'll be on this week at ten o'clock also we've been going through the process of writing notices what the format is and so that people can become a little more familiar familiar with the notices you know I dive right into the pro se cases. And, and that's, that's kind of, I think that the more people we have fighting from different angles, the better off we are. And I think it kind of works together really well. Are there any other last words that you'd like to say today? And I can, I want to say a prayer for you too today and everybody else watching and before we leave. Okay. Definitely, Father. Thank you so much for Ron. And we ask that your favor would be upon him today, that if there's any healing that needs to happen, if there's comfort, if there's peace that's necessary here, that you would just flood him with all the above and that you would bless the work of his hands, that it would be able to get in front of many, many, many people. and help in the restoration of our republic. It was a great gift that you gave us. You've given us so much. I mean, you're so amazing. And you've given us so many things to be thankful for. And we just want to honor that. And we want to help do the work. Just show us what we need to do. We want to follow you. We're not asking for an easy path. We're asking you to give us the feet to walk the path that you have in front of us. Anyhow, please put your favor, may your favor rest upon Ron, his family, and all those whom he loves. Bless every single person out there who's listening tonight. Whatever heartache they have, I ask that you would send comfort to them. Walk them through it, the difficult things in life as well as the good things in life. And we give all things to you to honor and glory because we know that you work all things for good to those who love you and are called according to your purposes. I just so thankful for everything in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray. Amen. So, okay guys. Well, that's, I think that's going to wrap it up here for tonight. Normally I tell everybody, this is the, this is the part of the show boys and girls where we go to ding, ding, ding, ding, please go to Brenda for governor.com because I'm the best nine years ever. Now I can see this in the history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, president Donald J. Trump in cowboy boots. Let's see who wears them better. I win. So, but at any rate, Have a great night tonight and take those opportunities to do wonderful things for the people around you. I mean, there's all kinds of horrible things going around outside of us that we're having to come to terms with right now. But I think it's a process we have to go through because we were unaware of so much that was going on that was wrong. It's not our fault. It really isn't. This stuff was handed... I'm an old duffer. I'm sixty years old. And this stuff was handed to us down through the generations. I don't think anybody really knew what to do. But we're learning. And this is all in God's time. It was a slippery slope that brought us to where we are right now. But just as if there's been... Many, many situations like this over time. God is good and he's faithful and he's going to show us how to walk out of this and all the glory will go to him. The answer to this whole thing is when we turn back to God Almighty, we start living by his instruction manual. He's given us the instructions on how to live with lawful governance. Go to Kings and Judges in the Bible. You'll see exactly how it needs to be done. to live in peace with each other and in our land. That's what the prize is. The prize is peace. The prize is a relationship with God Almighty and with each other as brothers and sisters who are children of God living here. There's a way to do that. And that's to always speak the truth, to live with integrity, to do the right thing and do it the same way every single time. I train horses. I rescue horses. The way that you rescue horses and people is you stay consistent. You always do the right thing. You don't let anyone down and you treat them the way you want to be treated. Pretty simple. So anyhow, have a great night tonight. Stand the line, Ron. And God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love. And God bless America. Make it a great day. Stand and great day tomorrow. Stand for the things that are right. And you could change the world one action at a time.
