Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg. And it's the ninth day of December, twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show today. And I'm going to get right on things. So I've got about a million screens going here. So as we're getting things up and running, I'm going to bring John Taylor in. Hey, John, how you doing? I'm good. Good. Yeah. Any songs today? You disappeared. Public functionaries can do that, but you're not supposed to do that. I hit a mouse button and all of a sudden everybody was gone. That was my fault. So anyhow, yeah, we have a lot to talk about. I want to show you this water wars thing has gotten really interesting. And quite honestly, I don't think that people understand the fight of their life that we're in right now. and how serious this really is. I'm going to pull up my Telegram channel a minute, and I'm going to play a video that Greg Martini sent me from We the People Notices. He comes on, and I just love Greg and Karen and everybody that's working with the notice process because the – the people in byron township have no idea what to do with this they don't understand the process and it's it's going to be epic when they finally get it figured out but it'll be too late for them to respond so um hang on one second um i do want to bring this up a minute so All right, here we go, boys and girls. Let me get this thing up here, and I want to show you what they did. So last night, some of the things that they have been doing include things like really questionable, and I mean really, really questionable behaviors. They had one meeting canceled for like almost a month, and then all of a sudden, by some miracle of God, they end up, having, okay, what happened here? They end up having the meeting go on as sort of scheduled, but it wasn't scheduled and they never let anybody know. So at the last minute, they started this meeting. And then not only that, what they did, let me see if I can get this window to come up correctly, is right here. This seems to be really shady and we've pointed it out to them, but what they did is in their, on their calendar, they literally are sending people to another town by the map. How in the heck is this compliant with anything transparent or opens meetings act? It's not. at all. And this is the kind of nonsense that's going on in everybody's township on the local level. I can't say everybody, most of them. I talked to the FBI and the FBI said, watch your townships. And somebody else said it's a township takeover of the state. And so I want to show everybody this. Let me see if I get the right video here. I want to show everybody this video that I posted. And this is significantly important because this is exactly what we're dealing with across the United States in their little water wars. And they're doing it They say it's at the state level. The state's telling them what to do. But it's really at the township level that they're affecting everything and stealing our water. But you need to pay attention to this and pass this on because it's happening everywhere. So in our area, they destroyed over three billion gallons of water by flushing it down the drain out of the basin and away from this area. If they would have kept it in the basin and kept it here for the people of the township, that would be one thing, but they stole it and they flushed it out of the area in order to destroy the area. So one of the guys last night said, well, you know, there's a lot of wells that have gone dry. All the wells that went dry in Ottawa County. Yes, because they're downstream from us and they drained that water already. And people are paying there. And there's a lot of the same characters that keep showing up. The people there are paying four times the amount in bills for their water than they had before this pandemic. this destruction of the natural resources went on, okay? So what's happened there is downstream from us and it is right in the fight right now. But I want you to watch this video and listen carefully because it's not just here. This is coming to your town everywhere. They're building an infrastructure for the water to create a monopoly just like they did with energy, with electricity, as well as gas. with DTE and consumers. And oh, by the way, DTE has been paying lots of money to candidates and the signature gatherers. They paid one point four million dollars to the signature gatherers in different efforts. And it's in consumers. Power has got a or in consumers has got an island off the coast of Venezuela who is dead center in rigging our elections with the companies that are involved. But listen to this. Wall Street is stealing your water. The next war won't be fought for oil. It is being fought right now for the water in your tap. And Wall Street is leading the charge. buying up land to drain billions of gallons of precious groundwater from aquifers. They call it investment. The locals call it theft. It is a terrifying water grab driven by antiquated laws that allow landowners to pump unlimited amounts, even if it dries up their neighbors' wells. Farmers and ranchers are watching their livelihoods evaporate while investors brag about making a fortune from the crisis. They are betting on drought, betting on scarcity, and betting against your survival. This is disaster capitalism at its finest. While families fear being forced off their land, private equity firms are hoarding resources to sell back to desperate cities. And that's exactly, and I mean exactly what's going on here in Byron Township, Blendon Township, across the state. I have had people call me from all over the state on what's happening with water wars. And when you get in the court systems to fight it, it's called lawfare for a reason. They are willing to do all sorts of dirty tricks in order to deprive us of our due process and of having our voices heard. It is absolutely one of the most... soul soulless processes i've ever seen in my life they are not interested at all in justice or making sure that people's rights are being protected it's a game and they're all in bed together they're embedded in different communities vk civil who is the engineering firm works in eight different states and has been connecting the infrastructure in townships across West Michigan and destroying the water wars. Like in Ottawa County, there's a group of people that got in the fight too late, really. There were people like me trying to blow the whistle on the threat that was there. They destroyed the water sources there and are forcing people on the municipalities because there's no water. In Byron Township, they put the sewer in through the wetlands draining the water, but there was no water line put in alongside the sewer line. So they're going to have to dig this thing all up again and do it all over again. In the meantime, by destroying the wells, and quite honestly, I have a confession that they knew that they were doing this to water table from them. And they destroy the water table. And honestly, right now they're threatening to lean properties here. And so this is all about a land grab. And what's really shocking to me and heartbreaking is in America, when we see other Americans who are being hurt or threatened or under duress or theft or invasion or sedition or treason or whatever it may be where people's rights are being violated. affected and under attack, we're supposed to step forward and help other people. This should be going absolutely viral and everybody should be focused on it because it's not going to stop here. We are just one of the first areas to fall in the invasion. This is a coordinated invasion. Eagle's involved in it. The townships are involved in it. All the oversight organizations are involved in it. They hide the information from the residents and the citizens. It's intentional. And I have proof of that. So everybody needs to get in the game. This is part of being an American and a citizen of the United States, citizen of the state of Michigan. So anyhow, there's my thing. That has always been a problem, getting people involved, getting people off their butts. They're lazy. They're apathetic. They don't have a purpose. And I'm sorry, I'm going to call it out. If the United States were my kids, oh my gosh, they would be in an advanced march to get them off their butts to get involved. Because it's a child mentality of play, play, play all the time. Instead of going, oh my gosh, I am realizing we have a real threat here. We are still in a heightened threat assessment. If you were actually doing a threat assessment, we are in and should be in a heightened threat. And the threat is, is that everybody's sitting back wanting somebody else to fix this. It's like, you know, you work for us. That's what I've heard from them. Really? Well, then you're pretty damn stupid because a manager would have fired him a long time ago. That's number one. And number two, if they work for you, that that means you're a manager. Then you better step up and manage, because right now the the you know, the insane are running the asylum. This is kind of what they call cognitive dissidence, where they have a mental growing up attitude that nothing can, the government would never do this against us. The government's good. Oh, we know them. They're from our community. Really? That's right. It's nonsense. And they never look beyond that surface argument. I have relatives like that in my family that don't get it. No matter what you do, they don't get it. And I've explained it to them why I do what I do, and they still don't get it. They say, no, no, I got it. We got to do this. We got to do that. The argument that I'm having with a couple of my relatives is that they pay their taxes because they believe that we have to pay our taxes so the government, so we have to pay for these services. And no matter how many times I tell them this, these income tax do not go to pay for services. They go to pay the interest on the debt of the Federal Reserve, who makes money out of nothing. They don't get it. Let me put this in real basic terms. Let's put this in real basic terms here. This is extortion by organized crime. You get no benefit from the taxes you're paying out. It's getting money laundered to every stinking country on the planet. It's not going to what the taxes are supposed to be going. None of them at the present moment are actually what was constitutionally intended by the founding fathers. Income tax. Absolutely illegal. The founding fathers. They didn't believe that the Americans should dig into their own pocket and pay for government. That's why they had tariffs set up. That was the pay for government. That's where Trump is trying to take this country. But we have so many people still out there that are complaining about the tariff system, and they don't really understand what that's all about. So it's the cognitive dissonance. It's what you've been told all your life. and you've been brought up and like once you hit fifty sixty forty fifty sixty years old you can't think beyond what you've been brought up with i mean that's the problem with with everything that we have in our country that's the problem with attorneys they can't think beyond the box because they were put in that box uh the medical profession has been put in that box they can't think beyond that box And the average citizen who isn't involved in all of this stuff, just kind of trying to make a living from day to day, has no idea what is going on in this world because they were put in a little box and they can't get out of that box. Yeah, they have no idea what the threat is around them right now, because it's not that we're being led to the pen for slaughter. We're already in it. We're in that pen. They have disabled. And I want to reframe this in real simple, clear to understand terms here. We have a service contract with the government. they are when when you hire somebody to do a service aren't you supposed and manage your asset to manage an asset means you should be getting a return there is no return for us when the government closed down and they were all getting a paycheck and as as they weren't paying their the servicemen the air traffic controllers or anything but by golly those people that stalled it out were getting a paycheck They literally see us as nothing more than a slave class and under threat, duress and coercion all the time to steal from us our time, which is our private property, our labor, private property rights, a water, private property rights, all of it. in order to profit off of all of us. And we're just kind of in the way. It's like Don Toma at Byron Township looked right at us and said, this is a guy that's been in the community for years. And of course, he's been in office. Everybody that's there has pretty much been in office forever. They've got a little nepotism going on there that they all You know, they control, they control basically everything. And somebody tries to get in and get their voices heard, they shut you down. They try to, you know, like in my case, throw the sheriffs at me who were ready to threat, that were threatening detainment or arrest and such. They've got their little private Gestapo there. and such, but you got to be tougher than that and stand up. I mean, that's the only thing that's ever changed things over the history of the world is to refuse to let them be silent or refuse to let them silence you. You have to know the law enough to be able to shove it right back in their faces. And that's, I think probably that's one of the things that I'm proudest about for being on is that we come on and we talk about real news and truth. And this was odd. There was a reporter from Fox Seventeen there, which I have no faith in whatsoever, Al Weed. The people that are fighting this in the area have zero respect for this guy or the news station. He literally was there, kind of shows up and taping this at a meeting that was supposed to be canceled. And we didn't reach out to him. So I'm pretty sure that it was somebody from the township that did. As soon as the meeting was over, he went back on the stage where they sit up there. He went back behind that through the door into where the township officials went after the fact. Public functionaries. Yeah, public functionaries. He went back. He didn't go out where the rest of us did. He literally followed them in the back rooms. Now, does that not seem kind of odd to everybody? It did me. And not only that, I'm going to tell you what they did with the bid. They approved the bid for phase three of the Water Wars project here. Now, the failings and violations they had, they hid from April until November. It was not publicly available. But they were paying fines because they did some things that were wrong. We just found it about a couple weeks ago, okay, because they were hiding it. Well, at any rate, they awarded last night, they put public comment after everything they were voting on, okay? to pass at the beginning of the meeting. They passed minutes of the meeting and they were inaccurate. They were, they, they basically said that my notices were handout. No, they are legal notices that I noticed them with. And they said that their handout that was patently false, misleading and misrepresentation. Okay. And never got us a chance to talk about any of this. Then they passed the awarding of a bid and, to Montgomery excavating and sat there. Well, we only got one bid. Well, guess what? This was a multi-million dollar project that's going on. They already went over budget on the last phase, which killed all of our wells. And they went over budget. They destroyed more of the wetlands there, but nobody seems to know because Eagle was complicit in this. And gave them this bid, and they had only had it posted for two weeks. And Don Tillman said up there, well, I was really hoping that we would get like five bids in this. What do you mean you were hoping we'd get five bids in? You put a multi-million dollar bid out there for two weeks. We don't know if it was posted, where it was posted, what they did. I can tell you by looking at what they did with posting the meeting, it's absolutely intentionally deceptive. And it does not show accuracy or transparency. And we have told them to fix this. And they refuse to fix it. And they laugh at us. Peggy Sattler, our clerk, was like, yeah, I know. Are you kidding me? They know. They admitted knowing this, that there's a problem. How many people do you have show up at your meetings, at the council meetings? Well, we can have well over a hundred, sometimes closer to two hundred people there. But they literally promoted this as being canceled for a month. And then all of a sudden at the last meeting or at the last minute, all of a sudden we've got a meeting. And nobody knew it was up there. We just happened to find it at the last minute. And so they are intentionally hiding and misleading things from the public. That's what they're doing. They did it now in the court, too. So they rescheduled. I want you to get this. The hearing that I had last Friday, they made me wait for three, about almost three and a half hours. I waited on line. waiting to get brought into the court. I find out last night from Tom Hooker that the entirety of the township board was sitting in that courtroom, except for Marty Tillema, who showed up by Zoom. And they sat there for three hours. I was on Zoom. The other attorney for the other side, the plaintiff's attorney, was on Zoom. As soon as he saw my face on Zoom, he had that oh crap look on his face and started texting and fiddling with his phone. The judge decides to say that she's going to take a break for lunch, but can come back on at one fifteen and resume then. He's like, oh, I can't possibly do that. I've got another meeting at one thirty and said, but I can do it next Friday. So there is an agreement made once again, because when you see how their notices go, they change things in the notices. In the past, they've used alternative email addresses for me that don't exist. And this has happened, okay? So what they did is they decided to postpone it until next Friday. And I said, but in person or in Zoom? Yep, either way, in person or in Zoom. When they renoticed me again on this, it says in person by the defendant's attorney. In person only now. And they made the determination outside of what was determined in the court that day. So they are literally just making up stuff on the fly, throwing things out there and saying, you know, we're just doing this and we're not doing it in Zoom. It's got to be in person. OK, game on. Now you're really screwed because you're going to have to face me face to face and it's not going to go well for them. I can guarantee you that I'm trial ready on this thing. Good luck with that, guys. I would rather be there anyway, because it's going to be probably a very painful moment for all y'all. Well, let's go back to the whole idea of our republic. We do not have a republic if we don't have the rule of law. We have no redress of grievance available to us. Not an honest process. That's part of it. The rule of law, remember, it was founded, the republic was founded on the rule of law. If you don't have the rule of law, then you have the rule of men. When you have the rule of men, they do whatever they want to. That becomes a democracy. And if there's a fifty one to forty nine percent, the forty nine percent suffer and the fifty one percent rule. That's not a republic. That's a democracy. And so we have been led down this path for I don't know how many years, all my life, as I can say. But long before that, there were movies and news clips and whatnot talking about our democracy. We don't have a democracy. We never had a democracy. We have a republic. And people need to get that in their mind and force the republic upon the public functionaries that are out there. and learn the technology and the words that will help this. Because if we control the language, we will be able to control the narrative of what's going on. If we don't control the language, then they control it. Again, when you call them an official, they're not an official. They're a servant. They're supposed to be. They're a public functionary. Yeah, but that's how we have to drive that home to them. have to let them know that we're we're no longer playing your game we're playing our game you have to join our game or you're done and we got to continue to drive that logic home back to them norton versus shelby county in fact as i was uh i i wrote a second uh in my my particular case against the three judges and judge berg the federal district court judge in the Eastern District of Michigan. I sent my second reconsideration to him just yesterday, and I haven't had a response on it yet because he hasn't answered the first reconsideration. He hasn't said anything about my, and this has been going on since September They just procrastinate and postpone and hopefully you'll get frustrated and tired and go home and go away. And that's exactly the same game they're playing with you. Yeah, they are. They have a problem because we have weaponized autism here. You know, it's like I don't just I just don't give up. Yeah, but you're not alone. You can't be alone. You got to have more people behind you. You got to have more of the Byron citizens that are realizing what's going on and have the same fire that you have. The problem that we have is in any group or in any fight that goes on, only ten percent of the people actually pick up the sword and fight. What are the people that say they care about the environment and watch these morons destroy it? It's like, what? Who's paying them? Because if they're not getting paid, they're not showing up. That's right. They're not showing up. And that's the problem we've had ever since I've been in this battle. Ten percent of the people fight. The rest of them are sitting on the laurels either waiting for you to happen or they have this cognitive dissonance that, well, this never – goes on in America. America is not this kind of country. Our government is good and all this other crap that they put out there. And so we do have a big battle to fight, not only to wake the people up that the government is doing you bad. It's always been doing you bad. And so you need to get up and do something about it. But getting people to actually learn why and what is going on is the big problem. Getting the mind in the right direction. And so if there is no rule of law, there can be no freedom for the public. There's no law that... Every American follows, then no American, anybody breaks the law and gets away with it. They lawyer up and they say, we can do this because, you know, well, the public functionaries do this and everybody else does this, so I can do this. And so you destroy the system within. And that's what's been going on for years. And they're trying to take over the United States and get rid of the Constitution. They're trying to get rid of us. Well, that's going to come, too. They've already been doing that by birth control nonsense, by... PFAS in the water? Bringing in, yes, by the poisoning of us, by the COVID-XIX shots, by bringing in the aliens, illegal aliens, so they can homogenize our country into a... so we will not have borders, and then take away the Constitution. They've been trying to do this for a long time. Ever since Obama got in office, he's been pushing the sixteen-year plan to destroy America. And we've gone along with it. We voted him in twice. And part of that was the nonsense about, well, if you don't vote for Obama, then you're a racist. All this crap that was going on there. No, Obama was a criminal from the beginning and he should have never been put in office. But people don't understand and don't want to learn, don't want to get behind. Here's another good example. How did Slotkin get into office in Michigan? CIA, the parties are a front for the freaking CIA. Nobody went, oh, that's a conspiracy, Donna, really? No, I understand that. But we voted for Trump. It went a hundred percent for Trump. And yet we voted for a Democrat. That's possible. For a Senator. Are you kidding me? This is the nonsense. And we buy into this stuff. Well, some of us don't. Well, that's true. Now we have found that Benson has been doing miscounting elections by not validating signatures or validating where those petitions came from. election ballots came from. She had violated the law and they caught her red handed and she's still in office. Well, I caught her red handed. I've got a lawsuit against her for developing an illegal API and registering voters through it. And that's still in the court right now, the court of claims. They don't know what to do with it, because honestly, if they this is the great thing about jumping into a system where you're not prejudiced by something like the Bar Association, where you can look at it with. common sense and say, this is totally messed up and be able to go in and fight. And you know what, for everybody out there, you're going to make some mistakes, but I'm going to tell you what the attorneys don't know how to write a good case. They're running it through AI and they're not even fact checking. They're not looking at the cases they put in it. Their arguments are lame. They can play within the Administrative Procedures Act and how they have to conduct themselves with filing and this, that. But they just use that as a game. That has nothing to do with the case or their arguments or anything. If you have a little common sense and you can apply a little game theory to this where you're thinking it out as you go, what are they trying to do? And then you start there and asking questions. I'm going to tell you what. I don't consider myself the top of the class kind of person, but I'm going to tell you what, I could beat them in about any race that we got into. They really are just playing games. Now, it's rigged. I'll tell you that the whole thing is rigged. It's rigged at the level of the judges. A lot of times, I'm not saying they're all bad. But it's rigged at the clerk's level. I've seen what the clerks have done. This whole system is rigged. So you have to realize this is like playing a game of Frogger and trying to get through without the cars that are coming from every direction that are trying to smash you on the way through to getting justice. But the only way you lose is if you stop. And quite honestly, this thing has been one of the funnest things I've done in a long time. I love lawfare. And I think that this is probably going to be my continued path forward is to continue to fight for everyday Americans against this incredibly, incredibly soulless, illegal, unlawful stuff that's going on to attack this country. And the Americans that we all stand together, you know, as one family, not them. They aren't part of it. They are an invading, insurrectionist group of organized crime pukes. And that's the reality. They're in it for money. They've put us into commerce and basically enslaved all of us. I really think when you look back at the Middle Ages and what the slaves were treated back then, They had way more free time than we do. They had way more advantages than most. You know, we see only the things that involve torture. Well, what do you think happened in J-Six? What do you think has happened across the board? I'm currently helping somebody right now that has had – a very unfair and unlawful treatment. I've, I've helped several people in that regard in the court systems. And it is to shut down those people that are the biggest threat to them, to beat people down, to unlawfully detain them and arrest them. Uh, Judy Mike of it's, she was detained for five years. They took all of her research and they never arrested her. This kind of crap is happening here. They're putting people into, um, uh, uh, What am I looking for? Where they put them in the cell by themselves. I can't think of it right now. What's that? Solitary confinement. They're strip searching people. They're taking people that I know personally into custody and strip searching them multiple times just to try to break them down at the mental level. This is what they're doing. That should be categorized as sexual abuse at that point in time when this person was already in custody and they moved them around, around, around, around, around, so they couldn't bail them out, strip search them multiple times to beat them down, to intimidate them. This is what's happening. Our United States is guilty of crimes against humanity right on American soil and torturing Americans. They've broken the Geneva Convention rules. All of them should be up for Nuremberg two point all. They broke the Constitution. They sure did. Which is more damaging than the Geneva Convention. Geneva Convention is good for the war. Well, I think crimes against humanity is pretty good because they'll all be put to death. That is treason. is treason against the Constitution. If you violate somebody's life, liberty or property, that's treason. They know what they're doing, guys. They absolutely know what they're doing. That's right. That's right. That one gal that I was helping the parents down in Tennessee, they took this for they she was twelve years old when they took her and they literally this is what they did. They took her off off of the area of their child protected services thing into a building away and started taking pictures of her genitals and showing her pictures of her genitals to groom her for the trafficking they had planned for her. And that's exactly what they did. How would you feel if your daughter or granddaughter, this is what these people are capable of, and they're capable of it in your town. This is what has happened here. They took her, Child Protective Services in Tennessee showed her off-site, took her off-site, took pictures of her genitals and was trying to show her that to condition her mind at twelve years old. And that's when they started trafficking her out of the facility. It's documented what they did to her. This is going to affect all of us because they have complete and utter contempt for people. If people knew what they were really doing to people with the cartels, the cartels are being run in this country. There are certain families here that are playing ball with the cartels. I believe if you started looking into the Romney family, you're going to find some connections to the cartels in Mexico. I'm not kidding you. And the CIA is running drugs here. We lose more people every year than we lost in Vietnam. Think about this to the drugs that are coming in here. This is an undeclared but a war on American soil. They're literally killing people and assassinating them. They're taking kids. I saw when I first got into this, I saw an eight-year-old have his heart ripped out of him beating. I've seen people that have been dismembered. If you don't think this is coming here, the cartels like Santa Muerte, they're in every state and they worship Satan and they think that by doing these horrible things that they're going to get a payback from this saint of death in this life. It's in your community. I will guarantee you that. And we can be naive and say all we want, that we know these people. We know them because I've seen them my whole life. My kids went to school with them. Guess what? You're stupid. This is a clear and present threat. And it needs to be called out. And I'm sorry if I hurt people's feelings. Grow up because it's our nation is in a tremendous amount of threat. And it's not just the people sitting at the top. It's systemic. It's top to bottom. And you're responsible for your area at this point. There you go. I agree. I did want to. You know, that's what I do. I did want to bring out another court case that I ran into. Actually, somebody in our group brought it up to me. It's called United States versus Lee. And this is General Lee of the Civil War. This was in the eighteen eighty two. He wasn't the general at that time, or maybe he was. I don't know. But this is in his case. There's a paragraph in there that I would like to read. because I think it's very important. I defined, when I wrote my second reconsideration for Judge Berg, I put in a third paragraph in there. I got three good paragraphs in there, but the first one I basically said, he's not a de jure, you're not a de jure officer. What was the case called again, John? I'm going to pull it up a minute. My, oh, the case is called Yeah, but you're going to have a hard time finding it because they don't have the page number. It's United States versus Lee. One oh six U.S. One ninety six U.S. What? U.S. versus Lee. What was the code? One oh six U.S. One ninety six. Eighteen eighty two. Got it. OK, go ahead and pull it up. Well, maybe I can find it if I pull the case myself. I've got it written. I can get it through Justia. No, I've got it underlined so we don't have to be digging for the doggone thing. Put it in a private chat, please, and I'll pull it up there because that's the easier way for me to do it. The whole case is a long case, very long. But there's one paragraph in there that really, really hits it on the mark. Oh, somebody said, you know, that they're wasting my time and money fighting this case of theft. You know what? They paid them the first payment to Mika Myers. Their attorney was over seventeen thousand dollars. Why did they just pay for the while? Why are they fighting this so hard, guys? And they're continuing. They were dismissed October fifteen. And guess what? Another payment in December. So why are they still paying Mika Myers if they were off the off the case? And it's listed Brandenburg versus Byron Township. Why are they still being paid? Let's see if I can. And I got nothing better to do than just so everybody knows, I hate bad guys. I hate them. I got nothing better to do than work twenty four seven to shove this in their faces to get justice. OK, go ahead. How can I put my particular case in the chat? All of them are lying to you. All the officers of the government from the highest to the lowest are creatures of the law and are bound to obey it. It is the only supreme power in our system of government and every man who by accepting office participates in its functions is only the more strongly bound to submit to the supremacy and to observe the limitations which is imposed upon the exercise of the authority which it gives. So here, I couldn't say it better. Courts of justice are established not only to decide upon the controversy rights of the citizen as against each other, but also upon rights in controversy between them and the government. And the dockets of this court is crowded with controversy of the latter case. So here we're basically saying that no officer, no officer of any kind, judges, police, executive, any of those are above the law. And it says that here by the Supreme Court, which is the supreme law of the land. This is this beautiful paragraph. I'm going to try to get this thing. Hang on one second. Do a little bit of magic here to get this thing up. I quoted that in my second reconsideration because that's the nonsense that they're pulling on me, that they have absolute immunity. So we'll see how they judge. That's what they all want to argue. They constantly want to argue, oh, we're immune. We work for the government. It's like, really? Absolutely not. And in fact, they have to follow the law more strongly bound than we, the people. And then we go back to Downs versus Bidwell, which says we are the sovereign. and laws do not apply to us because we're the authors of the laws. They apply to government, and they are the limiting factors of government. That's on downs, but this really spells it out really well. Keep going. It's yellow. You got my copy. There you go. I got it. There you go. Now you got it. A little slow, guys, but here we go. Down a little lower. All this yellow stuff is pretty good, but the paragraph that I read from is that one right there we go made it work guys so it is the supreme law of the land and it has got and I will see how Judge Berg rules on it now what he says and how he does it of course he's been playing Lawfare with me by procrastinating a decision based on my last reconsideration. They even closed my case, but I was able to file my document. So we'll see how this goes and we'll see what he does after he reads this, because the first three paragraphs of my document pretty much say that he is a function of the public office that he is in and he is not fulfilling his duties. And so he is liable to me. So I'm already setting him up for a lawsuit. Yeah, you know, I think that this has been one of the most interesting paths I've ever been on in my life. Not that every day I wake up and I'm like, oh, yay, this is a great day. I look at them and go, come on, guys, just follow the law, all right? Stop playing games with people's lives and hurting people. You know, it's like this is not okay. And it just proves that you're the same parasites that have been trying to knock the world apart for your own gain since the beginning of time. And pretty extra sure that God Almighty is going to look at them and say, they're going to say, but Lord, Lord, because they always pray before the meetings. I'm pretty extra sure he's going to look at them and say, I never knew you. Get away from me. You know, when they treat people, especially in our area, most of the people are older. that are being affected. There was one gal that got up in front of the township crying. She left sobbing because she was so upset about not having water for two months that she lost her job. She's like, I can't handle it. I can't handle it. And there was no help from the township. They allegedly finally brought her some water, but she lost her job because it literally incapacitated her because it was so upsetting. The township brought her water, slapped her with fifteen thousand dollars for bringing water after they did it. Well, we didn't create the problem. She's like, I can't see that. And they're like, well, that's okay. We're just going to lean your property. This is what these people do to take it. Unbelievable. Like, I don't know how the bit should look in the mirror and be absolutely disgusted by themselves. Yeah, they shouldn't be able to lean anybody's property without a court order. And so that's another function that they have been able to usurp authority by being able to lean somebody's property over water. They need to take you to court. They need to give you your day in court due process. And then if they find you responsible, then they can lean your property. But they can't just lean your property. And in fact, I'd send their beans because I'd send them the fifteen thousand beans because they can't. Government cannot force payment on anybody unless it's in the six species of money that Larry Dugan- Michigan compile law mcl. Larry Dugan- specified and it's golden silver and not paper and so she could fight that if she wanted to but she's got to know how and she's got to get involved in that you know, instead of sitting there crying she should be pissed off and do something about it. Well, she's let the township, too, basically try to demonize me and say, well, we can't do anything about anything. Lack of performance because of the lawsuit against us. And so they're trying to turn the community against me. It's interesting. The smart ones got it figured out what's going on. Of course. And this woman needed to be brought under the fold and said, hey, look, here's how you fix this problem. Are you interested in fixing it? Maybe you're not. Maybe you think that the world is against you and you're the victim. Okay, then be the victim. That's kind of how I feel right now, too. I mean, I reached out to her and said, hey, we've got a setup where we can bring you an IVC container with a pump and make sure, because after this started, I'm like, well, we're going to have to figure out how to help the people because we've got twenty five wells. What they said don't exist. They said we only have a few wells. They're lying. They're ever living butts off. Well, of course they will. And they can get away with it because most people won't go do the research and do the homework to find out that that's a lie. And, oh, no, I might have to be uncomfortable facing them in the restaurants and the coffee shop and in school and this, that, and the other. That's what it is. So instead of facing them and taking them to task, they sit down and they shut up and they just want to create the peace with somebody who is literally, I mean, who is literally a threat to the community. You remember, you heard of David Icke? Yeah. And he wrote a book, The Truth Shall Set You Free, or did a video on it. Never seen or heard of it. Huh? I'm not familiar with it. And in his video, The Truth Shall Set You Free, he says that what they do is they say they make you feel guilty by saying, what will your mother think? Oh, yeah. You know what? Oh, my God. What will your mother think if you do this? Oh, my God. And so they put this guilt trip on you. And so they keep you within this shell, he calls it. And you can't step outside the shell because if you step outside the shell, then you are deemed as somebody that is strange, weird. What will your mother think of you if you do this? So you stay within that shell. And this is the problem that a lot of people face. They just don't get it. They just don't understand that they're victims of a playing, of a game. And unless they decide to get out of the game, they are going to continue to be a victim. And this woman that ended up, what did she do? She left the county. That didn't help anything. That closed the door. And so that they'll get ten, ten or twenty more people leave the county or one hundred people leave the county. Then they'll have all of the property and they'll do what they want with the property. So this is not this is not the solution. And this is the give up solution that too many people do, unfortunately. All right. I just actually just bought the book. I actually do that a lot. When somebody recommends a book, I'll just buy it because I'm kind of a believer in having a wonderful library. Yeah, he's got a good book. He's also got that on DVD. Oh, does he? Yeah, where he actually speaks that book. I don't know if I can find that. That looks like that might be a really good resource. It is a good resource. I think we should start doing things like – getting some videos together. I mean, I've had a lot of people ask me to do like documentary documentaries on every part of the, of my journey, such as what they did with the signature gathering fraud that went on. Oh, this is really interesting. They, that, that hearing the criminal. So there's a criminal case for the signature gather fraud for And there's also, I filed a civil case against it. Okay. Dana Nestle jumped, tried to jump in front of my civil case with a criminal case. Dana Nestle, the also the criminal that's our attorney general, right? Cause she was defending Benson and they were protecting each other and Benson broke the law and Nestle basically defended her and shouldn't have been, shouldn't have been in that, that capacity among other things. including the GBI strategy nonsense and passing it off to other people instead of, you know, handling business. She files a criminal case in front of my civil case, right? So the criminal case is still going, and I testified in a hearing and have gone into the Attorney General's office on this on a couple of occasions on having to deal with this because I'm not willing to back down from this. This was absolutely... a very concerted effort to deprive the American citizens, the people of America. I'm going to use different words. I'm going to use citizen just because it's a common term. The citizens of Michigan. We are citizens. Well, the citizens of Michigan of their First Amendment rights, the right to have their voices heard, the right to vote in who was to be the representation, and they defrauded the entirety. Of the population. It wasn't one person. They didn't they didn't just defraud me of getting on the ballot. They defrauded an honest election to every single person out there. And so this is way bigger. Well, anyhow, this the criminal case was scheduled for twenty seven. This is from twenty two. They push this thing out and out and out and out and out. to twenty seven. Well, about a month ago, my attorney called and said, hey, they just pushed the the the trial for this to January of twenty six. I'm like, why did they move it up a year and a half? That is pretty telling in that things are being changed because that's a radical departure from where we were and seeing a lot of things that are going on out there. I just want to tell everybody, you know, if you think if you think that Things are not happening. There's a lot of things happening out there. You just have to have a little faith and, and, and refuse to stop when, when things get going, when they always say that when the tough, you know, when things get tough, the tough get going. Well, this world is all about problems. We're never going to be sitting here and, in a situation of heaven until Jesus comes back. I'm sorry. This world is never going to be utopian. They've tried to brainwash people, both the Marxists as well as everybody else, that we need to strive for this perfect world. You know what? I've come to believe that we're here to learn skills. This is like God's boot camp, right? It is. Yeah. It's not living here for this Pinterest perfection. You're in an obstacle course, and we're going to see how well you train up and whether you are actually a fighter or you're going to be a coward and a child and stand down when the threat comes. And the more you do, the tougher you get. The harder you can run, the more skills you have, the more developed your mind is to fight. And so when a challenge comes, you don't sit back and say, oh, whatever shall I do? Oh, pity me. Get up and run right into the fire and realize that God's going to hold you up. He will support you. He will never leave you. He will equip you. But you're stretching your wings. You're learning to jump higher, run faster, and be toned and ready for the fight. And it's important to frame it that way. That's right. I agree with you. And with that said, we're going to be at Nicola's on Wednesday, and I've got to get out of here, unfortunately. Yeah, I've got some work to do, too, so that's fine. But I hope everybody takes the little ass-chewing and pep talk because I'm kind of sick of the whining, sobbing, and complaining about things and never doing anything, you know?
