9am Liberty Essentials - Bill Mohr, Karen the Riveter and Ralph the IT Guy will be teaching the perspective on religion in government. This is a continuance of study of the Constitution and lawful self governance. We will be learning together the relevance of current issues and apply the Constitution for guidance. 10am Water Wars Notices. We will be going over the notices served to Byron Township as a method to, first educate them on their deligated duties and the law they must abide by. Second, to hold them accountable by notices and affidavits. This process is the way for citizens of the 50 states to have remedy for when our rights are infringed upon. Karen the Riveter & Greg Martini - Mr. Martini began studying and learning the IRS Tax Code and it’s Status and Standing for American(s), which led him during COVID in 2021 to studying the Law in America. By the end of 2023, he found a group led by David Jose and Mr. Martini began studying all of Dave’s law classes, along with other patriots that have published their works over the past decade. He has become an active Constitutional member of several groups that educate and assemble to learn and discuss our social/political structure in the United States. Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg. It's the nineteenth day of November twenty twenty five. And welcome to our show today. We're going to start out with Liberty Essentials at nine o'clock with Bill Moore, Ralphie IT guy, Karen the Riveter and Greg Martini. And then we're going to go into the water wars situation here in Byron Township and how we're holding our criminal elected officials and or their agency contractors accountable for what they've done here to damage so many people in this area. It's going to start out with education, but then it's going to go to some brutal accountability in the way that is the constitutional way as well as the way that we should be doing this legally and ethically, notices and affidavits. So I want to welcome everybody on this morning, and we're going to be talking about also the ridiculousness of the Convention of States. I got to tell you guys, every person that I have talked to that's a Convention of States person, I look at them and go, Somebody crawled into your brain and brainwashed you or something because you're not thinking this thing through, okay? We do not have the ethics in the United States right now with the people that are sitting in the seats who have the power to make the changes as well as the population at large to get in there and start messing with the Constitution. And I'm going to say this right now on the record. We don't need to keep adding to it, adding more ridiculous amendments that literally have broken down the original intention and the strength of the original Constitution with more and more and more and more crap to dig through. We need to go back to nullification and we need to get rid of all these unconstitutional amendments. nonsense, amendments, statutory law, case law, all of this stuff, and go back to what worked and nullify, get rid of, trash the rest of it. And I think we'd get our United States back right now. But I don't know if we have the ethics in the United States to do it right, you know, to do it right now. We certainly don't have the way to do it through Convention of States. So... But I digress. So what say you, Bill? So I've talked with a lot of these Convention Estates guys, right? I've talked with some of the smaller leaders. Unfortunately, I've never been able to talk to some of the original founders. But I've talked to a lot of the smaller leaders. I've talked to a lot of the people who have been out there petitioning for it, trying to get people to jump on the bandwagon. And I always ask the same first question. It doesn't matter what political party they're affiliated. It doesn't matter how they view the current system. The answer is always the same. My question to them is, does the federal government as a whole abide by our current Constitution and the laws that are put in place? The answer is always no. I don't know of anybody who has ever said yes to that question. So the overview of the point that I'm going to make is that if they don't follow the Constitution as it is, adding something to it doesn't matter, right? Because whatever you add to it, they will still think that they have the option as to whether or not they want to obey it, right? That's the problem that we face with the whole COS movement. Now... Let me give you a little overview, right? This is just from points taken from their website. The Convention of States, it refers to a mechanism under the Article V of the U.S. Constitution, right? Where state legislatures can apply to Congress to call a convention to propose amendments to the Constitution, okay? The idea of the ratification process in the Constitution, which we'll get to that, the idea is that if three-fourths of the state legislatures approve those measures, it will be ratified and become part of the Constitution. Okay? The purpose that they propose is to... bypass a potentially gridlock or self-interested Congress. It allows the states to propose amendments that can limit the power of government. They say this all the time. They're looking at imposing fiscal restraints on the federal government, looking at limiting the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and limiting, this is a big one that everybody's crying right now, limiting the terms of office for members of Congress. That's the one that everybody hears about. And the founders were very clear that if you put power in the hands of somebody for too long, eventually that power goes to their head and they will continue to grasp for power. So there is some validity to the point, Nate. However, understand also, every one of us here is in Michigan, understand that in Michigan, we have congressional limits in our constitution for candidates for US Congress, right? It is only by the Supreme Court and their perceived authority that they thought it necessary to ban that section of our own constitution to say that, no, you have to abide by the federal constitution in that. And since it doesn't grant term limits for U.S. House of Representatives specifically that you can't set term limits for the U.S.? Well, hogwash, right? That's not in their jurisdiction to rule on. But the people in Michigan specifically, we just abide by that and say, well, okay, well, now we need federal term limits in the U.S. Constitution to prevent that. Well, start abiding by the one we have in our state. You can't even get the state one right. What makes you think you can get the federal one right? All right? So that's the big one that we've got. So let's look at Article V here. I don't know if you can pull that up, Don. I should probably just send you a quick link to that in a minute. I can pull it up, but I'd like to look at exactly what it is that you want to see. If you go to Article V of the U.S. Constitution, and while you're pulling that up, the general overview is the process, once it's initiated... by the state application is when, again, thirty-four of the states pass a resolution to call Congress into a convention for proposing the amendments and for adopting amendments, right? There's the other half of that where Congress themselves can call for a convention, and then they would also propose amendments to the Constitution, right? So scroll down to Article V there, or click on the link on the right. Here's the deal. Anybody who is remotely involved in politics, whether at the local level of party politics or even higher up in state legislatures, or you ask our congressmen, half of them, probably more than half of them don't even understand how this works. But... looking to history as well, when you call a convention, who presides and governs and directs the affairs of the convention? Go ahead, somebody throw the answer out. It's the members within the convention, right? Yeah, the delegates of the convention. There you go. The delegates set the rules for the convention. They are given an agenda, but there is nothing to say that they cannot modify it as they go. It's like any convention. You vote, you elect or whatever the people that are in charge, and that becomes its own separate body. The same thing happens in political parties. So that the people that are there, whoever shows up or makes the cut, and like in political parties, a lot of times – People are not allowed. We saw that in the Republican Party in Michigan before, where they literally dismissed delegates at will because they didn't go with the thought of what the people in power wanted it to go. So basically, it's like jury rigging in a way. You know, they basically disclude people that they don't want there. Am I correct? You're correct. And it's also how they overlaid the democracy on top of the republic, because they had these conventions in the states and the conventions created an entirely brand new constitution that was a democratic constitution and not a republic. Now, the good news is it's void on its face. So so let's let's what was what was your point here on? Let's finish the thought here a minute, because this is all tied in. It's all tied in what you're saying, Greg, and what Bill's saying, too. Let's this is all tied into one confusing soup of manipulation. Yeah. And Greg made a good point. And we're actually going to get to that as well. So article five, just read it on its face. It says, the Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this constitution. There's method one. Or on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, method two, shall call a convention for proposing amendments. which in either case shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several states or by conventions in three-fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by Congress, provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight on any manner effect. First and fourth clauses of the ninth section of the first article and that no state without its consent shall be provided for deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate. Right. So there's there's three things that that they did not allow it to be affected. And two of those are beyond that scope now because they're only limited to eighteen oh eight. Looking at this, if you talk to Convention of States guys, you will come to the conclusion that they are not calling for a constitutional convention. Somehow they have this separated in their mind. They say that Article V clearly says it's a convention of the states and not a constitutional convention, right? Everybody that I know, Donna, you... Ralph, Karen, Greg, I'm pretty sure this is not a convention of states. This is a con-con, right? We call it that for a reason. It is a constitutional convention. Nowhere in Article V do you see the calling of a convention of the states, except... Instead of the state legislatures calling for the CONCON, states may by convention call for a CONCON. That's the only time you see the state's convention. After the state's conventions, it goes right to a constitutional convention. Okay? They will claim that only the proposed amendments may be discussed in a constitutional convention. We just defuted that. When a convention is called, it is the sole authority of itself. There is no overseer or body. The only thing the people have that they can stop things from happening is by brute force at that point. In the early days of the founding of this nation, while the framers were trying to figure out how they were going to set this up, that was the principle. The states sent delegates, according to their legislature or convention, they sent delegates to Pennsylvania to the Constitutional Convention. This is the exact same principle as Article V that we see. There, they are able to discuss, alter, modify, propose, and vote on whatever amendments they deem necessary. Okay? Let me show you in practice how this works, because everybody... that I know, except for a few really strong Federalists even today, would agree that there should be and technically is no direct income tax on the people from the federal government. This is discussed specifically in Article V. This was one of their fears when setting up this Constitution. You read in Article V, the first and fourth clauses of the ninth section of the first article, right? If you were to go up there, you will find Article I deals specifically with the duties of the legislature, what they can and cannot do. Well, mainly what they can do, right? If it's not listed there, they can't do it. If you go to Article I, Section IX, The first clause, yep, right there. The mitigation or importation of such persons as any of the states now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by Congress prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed on such importation, may be imposed on such importation not exceeding ten dollars for each person. That hasn't changed, right? At least according to the Constitution. But what is clause four? This specifically says, no capitation or other direct tax shall be laid unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken. Now, here we go, because this was, they were not allowed to change this, right? And this existed all the way until the sixteenth amendment. Right. Which was ratified in nineteen thirteen, according to their numbers, where they now determine if you click on that, Donna, that will bring you to amendments eleven through twenty seven. This guy right here. Yep. Click on the blue. And then if you scroll down to the sixteenth amendment. This is where their small little proposal added on, Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes from whatever source derived without apportionment among several states and without regard to any census or enumeration. Anybody who's looked into this and knows history understands the very, very plausible option that this was never actually ratified. And even if it was, the Supreme Court ruled on it numerous times now that the Sixteenth Amendment added no taxation powers from Congress. And they did that again last year in the Moore case, which is profound because that's when they specifically said that that jurisdiction, it all comes down to jurisdiction. And that Sixteenth Amendment jurisdiction is only the ten square miles and the federal zones. which is different than the rest of the country. And this is the reason income tax is not applicable to all Americans. Yep, that is exactly correct. So if they don't have the authority, why are we still part of it? It's because of the ignorance of the people not being taught. I use ignorance as a very calm word, not as a description of one's character. It's the ignorance of the people or the lack of knowledge to understand that the IRS was set up for a specific purpose. It has usurped that purpose only by the consent of the people who voluntarily... provide their tax out of their income. If you read through their publications, you will realize that no individual may have their direct income tax within the states. Greg is correct. That only applies to this jurisdiction of the District of Columbia or the ten square miles they're supposed to have that they've now usurped over as well. So that's just a simple example of what happens in a constitutional convention or what they want to call a convention of states. Something as simple as that, you can sneak in right under the door. Now understand that for decades now, well before my time, well before my father's time, probably even before my grandfather's time, because he was born in, I think, the late twenties, they have had alternate conventions or alternate constitutions already written They are looking to continuously modify the United States to get rid of the safeguards of the liberty of the people, get rid of the chains that we've put on the government to be able to expand the federal government to exactly what the founders threw off in the Declaration of Independence. Now, anybody who has read the Declaration? Okay, let me say this, too. If you read through the American Crisis No. One that Thomas Paine wrote, he writes about the sunshine patriot. It's those people who are willing to be a patriot, willing to stand up, willing to put themselves out into public view, willing to take the harassment and the burden of fighting these fights only when times are good. When it's easy for them to do so, when the sun's shining, it's warm out, no problem. You know, we'll take a little bit of time. We can go out and we can join with the bandwagon. We can fight with the crowds. We can be the voice with the masses. But as soon as times get hard or the sun goes down, it starts cooling off, right? It gets a little chilly. You've actually got to bundle up, prepare yourself. All of a sudden, these people disappear. Why? Because they don't understand the duty that the framers laid out when they gave us this land, when they set up the states and the sovereignty that the states have. They don't understand the necessity of doing that when the times are hard, not just when the times are good. Ralph, you had brought up several shows ago where good men... Yeah, that quote's long gone now. Hard times create good men, right? Yeah, it's been a little while since we've been on. Yeah, I know. It's been like five, four weeks. This is like a family reunion here with everybody showing up this morning. Basically, hard times create good men or strong men, right? Strong men will create soft times, easy times for their prosperity. Well, what do the easy times create? Weak men. And weak men create what? Hard times again. It's a natural cycle, right? Thomas Jefferson explained that the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. Not just one or the other. Both. It is its natural manure, he says. It's a constant circle of fights that have to be continued. Ronald Reagan alluded to this, love him or hate him. He was correct when he said that freedom is not handed or is not passed on from one generation to another, but it's handed down for them to fight for and do the same thing. There you go. That quote. It's oftentimes thrown around, but how much do people actually understand what part of that we're in? We have already begun the hard times because our ancestry before us have lived through the strong men creating good times and have lived through the good times creating weak men. And it's not that the times created them necessarily. It's the fact that they were not given the necessary instruction to maintain what we were given. Look to the Israelites before God brought them into the land. They're out in the wilderness. They give them the law. He gives them the warnings. These are the statutes you're going to keep. If you don't, he says, the pleasure I have in blessing you, I will take pleasure in destroying you as well. You're going to create your hard time. It's the same principle, except we were born into what we were given. Everybody on this channel right now, everybody listening, you were born given this land. We didn't have to fight for it. But it is still our duty nonetheless to maintain it, to restore it back to its original condition. Now the Declaration of Independence that I was alluding to earlier... There is a profound statement that was written by Thomas Jefferson and adopted at the time before they sent it to the king, where they said in the second paragraph, right in the middle, they said, "...prudence indeed will dictate that governments long established," which we are plenty long established by now, "...should not be changed for light and transient causes." Let's go back to this convention of states thought, right? This con-con. Governments should not be changed for light and transient causes. Would everybody agree that putting term limits for congressmen, this doesn't deal with the law, it doesn't deal with the intent of the Constitution, it doesn't deal with the corruption in government per se, It only deals with who we put in there and how long we put them in. Is that a light and transient cause? Is that something that they can flippantly change later on? I would say that it probably is. These are dealing with the internal affairs of how the Constitution works, not necessarily the judgment and justice that it's supposed to bring forth against people who would dare violate it. In a way, it's a little bit of a distraction like a lot of things are because if we focus on getting rid of the criminality, it would self-limit the ones who are breaking the law. Does that make sense? Instead of saying a blanket statement across on everybody should have the term limits, to a degree, it needs to happen. I mean, anybody stepping into office should term limit themselves if they have integrity, right? Go and serve and go home, not make it into a lifelong career. And anytime I see somebody that's made politics into a lifelong career, immediately I look at it as an integrity issue right there. And they're making money somehow. But if we went after the criminality issue, And we, you know, that that's the underlying problem, but that's not what we're doing, which is what we can do through the notices and affidavits process. I tend to think too, that as much as our, our officials are deferring to their own staff, that unless you manage to also put term limits on all of the staff within a department and within an agency and within an office, it's not just the figureheads. but also the staff that's behind the scenes, the clerks that are determining what people get to look at. All of that kind of thing. You're exactly right. And I see that with the pro se stuff that I'm doing because the judges have plausible deniability because they stick the clerks on people. And the clerks can be as incompetent as they want to be. I had one say, oh, I made a mistake. I didn't know this much, blah, blah, blah. The judge walks out on the stage there because that's all it is. And the clerk was the one that took the plausible deniability and or she was making the decisions. And I'm not sure the judge even saw them. So to your point, Ralph, is that it's systemic corruption, and we want to look at the figureheads, but there's a whole network behind these people. So, yeah, let's touch on that a minute because it kind of falls into the same place where I was going with this. We have elected representatives. Let's focus on the representatives. Let's ditch the Senate for a minute because they're just supposed to represent the state. That's why they're not allowed to change their suffrage. All states have equal representation in the Senate. They represent the state. Let's focus on the people's representatives or what they should be. The miniature representation of the people at large is what they are. So we elect these people to do a job, right? They have a specific duty. We've given them the outline. We've given them the guidelines. We said, thou shalt not do this, but here is what you must do. So we elect these people, they get into office and they're supposed to do just that. Now, Ralph, you alluded to something there. They have this, typically this massive staff administration going on behind the scenes, right? Everybody has appointed their own staff heads. Right. Everybody is basically appointed their committee of correspondence, so to speak. Right. They're HR people. And who appoints these people is the question. Yep. That's the key thing there is appointed. Yep. And a lot of them. Right. They're also appointed security. Think about that. They're appointed people with guns to make sure that their lives are safe while they strip you of your right to be safe. That's beyond the point. That's a whole nother show. But think about it this way. Donna, you're a business woman. I've run businesses. I don't know who else has, but everybody kind of has this general mentality. Even if you're not business minded, you've probably held a job at some point. If you hire somebody to do a job, right? Or if you're hired to do a job, And you are incapable of completing the job that's put before you. So you instead defer your job duties to three or four other people because you can't handle what you were given to do, what you're being paid to do. And then you demand that the employer pay for those people as well as yourself. Or the employer... The employer... appoints these people to you, who actually has the greater wrong? Is it the people who appoint them? Or is it the fact that you contracted to do this specific duty, incapable of doing it yourself, so you have somebody else pay to do your job out of the pockets of the people that put you there? to get it done, and then you still don't get it done. So imagine that as a business mind. Would your employer, if you told them, I'm gonna bring all these other people on to help me do my job, you're gonna pay for them. You're not gonna cut my salary at all, but we're gonna get the job done with the three or four extra people. Would your employer actually agree to that? I would probably tell the guy, well, I'll just find your replacement tomorrow then. because a contract is just that. And understand that Congress doesn't even have the ability to nullify contracts. The states don't have the ability to nullify contracts. Greg alludes to this quite often, especially in notices. When you are contracted, whether you're a corporation contracting, whether you're an individual contracting with either or, Right? The contract is the law between those two entities or two persons or two individuals or two souls. Right? It cannot be nullified by an outside entity. It may only be changed by the inside entities involved. The same thing we have with the Constitution. It is a contract between the people and the government. It may only be changed if both parties are involved. Right? Let's take this one step farther. Because just before they alluded to the fact that government shouldn't be changed for light transient causes, they gave the duty or they alluded to the right of the people to alter or abolish their governments. Let me show you what the framers did early on, what Greg was talking about regarding the ratification of our constitutions. In our Constitution, specifically, back down to Article V. Wow, my computer just went haywire on me. Here we go. I'm still on the amendment. Sorry. We've had a lot of problems with the computers lately, quite honestly. Mine is typically pretty good. I've got enough safeguards in it. But every once in a while, it throws me for a loop. So in Article V, we mentioned that to ratify or to even propose amendments from the state side, you have to have three-fourths of the state. I think that's thirty-four states right now, right? If I do my math correctly. Originally, the colonies that were there, the ratification process would have been nine states to adopt the Constitution. Keep that in mind. In Article XII, it's the ratification of nine states shall be efficient for the establishment of this Constitution between the states and so ratifying the same, okay? Which means nine out of thirteen at the point in time could say, yep, we're all going to bind together. This is now our form of government. And the other four states, you might not like it, but hey, you're screwed. You're part of it, right? This is the essence of being free. We saw during Lincoln's administration when several of the southern states wanted to secede from the Union. What did the majority of the other states via the federal government do? They said, no, you're not going to do that. You're considered a rebellion. We're going to ban these rights that you have, and we're going to come after you until you comply, basically, with the Constitution that's put in place, and you comply with the federal government standards given that administration purpose, right? Lincoln, love him or hate him, he had some good, he had some bad, and he should have been impeached for a lot of the things that he was doing at the time, right? Understand that was just after the birth of the Republican Party, mind you. So just a side note, people say we need to restore the Republican Party back to its founding principles. That's a scary thought because you do that and you go right back to just before the Lincoln administration and just before the war and Northern Aggression. The idea of freedom is you're free to stay, but you're also free to go. Right? If you're not free to leave, you're not free. You're a slave. That's the principle behind what they would call the Civil War. There's nothing civil about it. The War of the States, or as the South would call it, the War of Northern Aggression. That was the principle behind that. They understood that they were free to leave. They understood that there was a problem. The federal government was usurping their authority. It goes a lot beyond that. But the federal government was usurping their authority. We're out of here, and we are going to unite under a different form of government. and basically reestablish the government necessary under the Declaration of Independence. We're going to abolish what we have, alter it, and reinstitute a form of government to protect our liberties. Oh, but the Civil War was all about just slavery, right? Despite the South actually taking measures to start eliminating that before the North even did. That's right, and remember, there were still three or four states, I forget which ones, Massachusetts, Delaware, something and something, of the northern states that still maintained slaves during that war. Think about that. Read up on some history. The ending of that was that, yes, individuals could not actually own slaves, right? Whether good or bad, think about how you want. We'll do a whole show on that if you want of the biblical principle behind slavery. But good or bad, At the end of the war, who was able to own slaves? Congratulations, not you. It was the state. The states now can own slaves. They can make slaves out of anybody they want for payments of debt. And we know that their debts now, they claim to be the, what's the word, Greg? The injured party. And they will claim debt on their behalf and make you a slave to repay them. Whereas the state cannot be a victim. Understand that. It is a dead entity. Only... It is shocking to see when you go into, say, like the court system, the unconstitutional court system that we have, it is really something shocking to see that the entire thing is about revenue generation for profit. for the state. And there is no justice, there is no compassion in there. I have listened to stories as I've been in the courthouse and such, the stories of people coming up to talk to the clerks behind the window. You don't have to be in there too long to hear the heartbreaking stories of that go on within our justice system. One of the last stories I heard was a guy came in here, they literally put him in jail for I think, ninety days. And it was unjustified. And he said, it's already proven that they held me in a completely unjustified manner. And now they were fining him on top of that. And he goes, I have no one right now. I have no one to help me. And they just kept ratcheting up after they made the mistake. Not only did they not write it, they kept ratcheting up the payments and all the other stuff going on. It is a total disgrace of what's happened in the United States that's not free, that turns people into slaves, that they can never get out of debt. And the state is, as you said, claiming to be the injured party for nothing. A good case of that, if you really want to see a good case of injustice done through the court system, go look up a man by the name of John Flynn from Connecticut. Oh, that's an amazing story. And if you want to be mad, like go from zero to mad in two seconds, that story will do it. Yep, yep. It will show the absolute abuse of power and what they're capable of if the people continue to allow them to use that perceived authority. Do you want to summarize it for everybody a second, Bill? Because it's a horrible story. And I had the same thing happen to another friend of mine who lives here locally. Yeah, so John Flynn, and I don't even know the original case. All I know is John Flynn was in the courtroom. He was testifying. And he was speaking on a lot of what people would call conspiracy theories, right? Conspiracy theories. He was talking about the five G networks. He was talking about chemtrails. He was talking about this and that. And the court basically, right, we'll bring this real down to layman's terms. The court pretty much basically told him to shut up. or they're going to hold him in contempt. Not only did they hold him in contempt, they deemed him mentally unstable. So they held him in contempt and locked him up in a mental institute, where he was forced to take whatever drugs that they wanted to give him because of his mental incapacity. He was, and I forget how long he was locked up in there. It was several months. And They wouldn't allow him to sleep. Every fifteen minutes, they would shine a light in his room to make sure he was still there. That's what they claimed. They wanted to mentally exhaust the man into compliance. It's torture. They are torturing people in the United States of America. It was absolute torture. He held his ground through the whole thing. The man is now free, but now there's justice that needs to be done. Now he has to go after all of those people that originally put him in that situation to begin with. But, yeah, go look that up. Do your studies on it. I was told by the Connecticut court even, the court clerk, right? You mentioned clerk. I was told I'm not even allowed to contact the judge. And they actually threatened me in Michigan for sending out a habeas corpus for John Flynn, to which they didn't respond and basically told me to shut up, right? Yeah. It's like, whatever, dude, I'm okay with that. Keep it coming. I think we sent, it was well over three hundred habeas corpus letters, none of which the court would acknowledge. All right. So show me again where they follow their constitution. And if they can manufacture stuff like that, that is a excellent reason why we absolutely need the red flag laws so that they can manufacture that against anyone for any reason and have no recourse. That's right. People just believe that the legislatures and Congress somehow have the ability to, as the Declaration of Independence states it, legislate us in all cases whatsoever. There's only one authority where that's granted, and that's Congress over D.C. They have sole legislation power. Whatever they do over there is perfectly fine. They still have to abide by the Constitution, but they have sole local legislating power. So back to this constitutional convention, convention of states, however you want to word it at this point, right? I want to show you, and that Greg alluded to it earlier, I want to show you what a convention of states gets you compared to a constitutional convention, okay? Back in the The Second Continental Congress in the seventeen seventies that was later ratified. Everybody should be familiar with your Articles of Confederation. The original contract that bound all the states together and created, it was an illusion of a federal government. It was a really weak central government that had very, very few and defined powers. It was mainly for defense of the nation. and a way to manage the monetary trade values between the states. So you don't have one state trading coconuts and another state trading oranges and another state trading bananas. A meager attempt at resolving issues among trade and being able to provide for a simple common defense, even our modern constitution says that, and to secure their freedom without overstepping of a centralized federal government, which they just threw off from that tyrant across the pond. So the Articles of Confederation, let me bring this up. Where did that go? There it is, okay. I've got like thirty-two tabs open up on my computer here, so forget it. So without going into the whole text, you look to the end of the Articles of Confederation, And it states in Article XIII that each state shall abide by the determination of the United States, lowercase United States, in Congress assembled on all questions which by this confederation are... I think Bill got a call that came in. Just a minute. He'll be back. Sometimes that happens, or they might be messing with us. I don't know. The last two days we've had plenty of stuff happen. Yeah, I never know. There's been an awful lot of computer issues the last few days. Well, yesterday, I think, Ralph, we were looking at it, and we were at least, at least, uh, uh, sixty-one percent of the internet was down based on Cloudflare. Yep, there were problems with Cloudflare. There were problems with Amazon Web Services. There were problems with Microsoft Azure, which that is bizarre that both of those things would have problems at the same time. And that caused trickle-down effects to pretty much everywhere on the rest of the Internet. But the uncanny coincidence of... Azure and AWS going down at the same time was that that was suspicious. Yeah, everything. It looked like it was an intentional, intentional. I think I talked to somebody. They said it was a DOD attack. So go ahead, Bill. You're back. Weird things happen. Country Internet. You know, we do what we can out here. So, Articles of Confederation, Article XIII. Each state shall abide by the determination of the United States and Congress assembled on all questions which by this Confederation are submitted to them. And the Articles of this Confederation shall be inviolably observed by every state and the Union shall be perpetual. Pay attention, nor shall any alteration at any time hereafter be made in any of them unless such alteration be agreed to in a Congress of the United States and be afterwards confirmed by three quarters of the legislature of the United States. Is that what it says? It doesn't. The Articles of Confederation says, and be afterwards confirmed by the legislatures of every state. Understand this. Thirteen colonies. Thirteen colonies ratified the Articles of Confederation. At that time, how many states ratified our Constitution? After nine, they deemed it law. It wasn't until later on, Delaware, years later, they finally got the other four states to ratify. But they were using it long before All of the states agreed to it. Now, here's my question. The Articles of Confederation were set up by the delegates of the states in a convention, and they did not allow it to be put in place until every state agreed to it. Thomas Jefferson alluded to this when they were talking about it in the early days. He said that no generation has the right to bind the next generation. This is the reason why it must be agreed on in every state. Otherwise, if it's not, then states should be allowed to freely leave the union, right? It's a union for that reason. So the convention set up the Articles of Confederation. It was confirmed by every legislature in every state. And then all of a sudden, In the late eighteen eighties, what do we have? Well, our Articles of Confederation, they're they're not they're not set up well enough to do what we want them to do. Right. Oh, pity party. So we need to change these so that we can grant a little bit more authority specifically for the common defense. Right. Be able to establish an army if we need to. Right. Federalist versus anti-federalist freedom. You'll learn a lot. amongst other things right it's it just doesn't clarify this strong enough for us so we need to to amend this articles of confederation to be able to better uh better promote our common defense and promote general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity wait a minute that's the new constitution right same idea so what do they do the states send delegates how did they do that Read Article Five of our US Constitution. They did it the same way then as they do it now. All of them deemed it necessary to amend what they currently had for the union, the contract for the union. So they sent delegates to what? A convention. Well, what are they doing in the convention? They're trying to propose amendments to their current Articles of Confederation to better equip it to protect the states. But wait a minute. In eighteen eighty seven, what did we get? Did we get a modified Articles of Confederation? We didn't. What did we get in eighteen seventy eight? We ended up with our U.S. Constitution. Right. A smaller version than what we have now. but we ended up with the U.S. Constitution. Well, wait a minute, because these Convention of States guys say that we can propose amendments and send the delegates off to a convention, and we'll just be able to adopt these amendments willy-nilly, get them in there without any oversight control, and it definitely won't go rogue and adopt a new Constitution. Did we not learn from history? We adopted our U.S. Constitution illegally, according to the Articles of Confederation. How did we do it? We proposed an entire new document, an entire new system of government, and at the end of our U.S. Constitution, what did we say? There goes my computer again. There we go, way down here. What did our U.S. Constitution say? The ratification of the Convention of nine states. We narrowed the bar. We lowered the standard by which we are capable of altering our government. So we adopted an entirely new government based on what they wanna call a convention of stage, which is a constitutional convention. We adopted an entirely new government when it was illegal to do so the first time. So we wanna propose amendments to something that was illegally adopted, that's not being followed, propose amendments to it to narrow the limitations of government, to provide for term limits for congressmen, to make the government fiscally responsible, And all of this is going to be done through a convention that you will have no control over, that's set up and set by delegates of people you do not trust. Or know. Or know, yeah, really. I mean, most people can name maybe one representative, if that, in their state governments. So you have no control over this. Once they get going, only the delegates have sole authority over their rules and proposed amendments. They have the sole authority to adopt, change, alter, modify, abolish, whatever they want to. And when they present it back to the states, what's going to happen? You don't have to have a majority of the states. You could have... So you can have a quarter of the states, twenty-five percent of the states, sixteen of them could say no to this, but if thirty-four say yes, you can adopt an entirely new system of government. And the sixteen states that say no, if they secede, what's going to happen? We know from history, from the eighteen sixties, what's going to happen? You're going to start another war. and you're gonna go after and the bloodshed of your posterity is gonna pay for the mistakes of you thinking that a constitutional convention can be controlled. That's your end outcome of this. And Bill, I do wanna mention, cause you're spot on with how this process works. But I want to remind everybody And this is why I always go back to the organic constitutions of every single state. Because when you go back to the organic constitutions, the one thing that they cannot do at these conventions that they have done, number one, they've made us dual citizens of those two different sovereign entities. But the most important part is when you look at the organic constitutions, as well as the U.S., organic constitution, it continues to guarantee the Republican form of government. And in that Republican form of government, what's extracted from the constitution is the rights that God gave us, not man. And that's the one thing that our founding fathers were brilliant in putting into the constitutions because they are reserved. They're not even part of the constitution. So when they have a convention, they cannot touch our constitutional rights. The problem is most people don't realize that when they go into courts today, They go into the courts of equity as a dual citizen, and they're going there to represent their second citizenship, which is their United States citizenship, not their state citizenship. And that jurisdiction that they've overlaid on top limits your constitutional rights that have all been changed. I, you know, I tell people I didn't even know there was fifty one constitutions, you know, ten years ago. Now they're what people really should know is there's not just fifty one, there's one hundred and two constitutions and actually more than that, because some states have had multiple conventions and they literally overlay an entire Entirely new constitution on top of the organic. But the beauty is once we go back and we learn and we educate and we look at that history, remember, before the eighteen eighties happened, we lost Bill. Yeah, he'll be back in a minute. He's got Internet issues right now, I'm sure. Okay. We'll watch. You're right. And so, like, Michigan has had four constitutions. Correct. And the last one was installed, and I'm going to say installed, by one-tenth of one percent. I want everybody to think about this. It does not apply to you, Donna, and here's why. Right. To finish that thought, that organic Constitution and those constitutional rights that you enjoy, what they converted them into was constitutional, civil, and political rights. Those are privileges. Those are granted to you on your second citizenship of that separate corporation that they overlaid on top of us. All we have to do is educate ourselves so that we can go back and stand on our constitutional rights. I think this whole process is so good, though, because when you go through this and see how the law and the system that was set up, when people stop following that, it's a slow burn demolition of a nation. or a civilization. And we we've got to understand that the laws are there for a reason. It's to protect everyone from evil people who will use the loopholes, who will try to install things for their own self gain and self enrichment. And that's exactly what we have in our government right now. It is, it is a self serving systemic corruption ridden system. Money laundering organization that has nothing to do with serving we the people. It's theft. It's all theft, coercion, duress. Well, and see, this kind of a discussion is exactly what has been missing, though, and what used to happen and what is so important to discuss. Because you look at the way that things were put together by the Founding Fathers and their writings and that sort of thing, and how much of history that they studied to figure out all of the old government systems and why they failed and how they were corrupted over time and what worked and what didn't. And like we have specific provisions against instituting such things as the British house of Lords and how federalism really kind of was one of the main driving factors behind the Roman empire falling. And again, You look at the French system of government and how many components of that were integrated into the US and the defensive system and the militia system of the Swiss government when they had their different sections of their country that federated together. And there's so many of these things that are historical that, you know, you look at some of this stuff now and it's like, oh, that's old history. No, it's active history because so much of this is a well-trodden path that we need to learn from. You got it in there, didn't you, Ralph? The Roman Empire. It shouldn't be just something you think about daily. It should be something you think about multiple times a day. That's Ralph's MO. Everyone should be thinking about the Roman Empire. There's so much history there. There's so many lessons that you can learn from how they did things right and how they really did a lot of things wrong. Yeah, the Romans were one of the highly used civilizations in the founding of the country. The other one was actually the Greek civilization specifically. We're talking about militias. The Swiss and the Greek were the heavy ones there because in the Greek, the very citizens of the Greek government were required to be armed, right? They were freely used as volunteers in whatever service needed as a militia at the time. So yeah, there's application. And don't forget the Israelites, right? Absolutely. The basic principles of the Old Testament were some of the most highly sought after lessons in how not to run a government. Yep, look at the book of Judges all the way through the book of Second Kings, and you can see an awful lot of good documentation of exactly what happens when humans are allowed to corrupt a government. Yep. Now, here's my last thing that I wanted to mention because Greg did start to bring this up when he mentioned that years ago, he wouldn't have even known that there were fifty-one constitutions. Most people, I would say most people probably understand that there's a federal constitution, and some people probably understand that they may even have a state constitution, right? And it trickles down from there. You can even have local charters, right? But you alluded to something there as well, because in our Constitution, it states in Article IV, Section II, that the citizens of each state, not the United States, the citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunity of citizens in the several states. Okay? Okay. So if you don't know the other state constitutions, you might be missing out on things that you should be adopting into your daily life. The rights that they may have secured from government infringement there are the same rights that are secured from government infringement here. Now, Karen, you haven't said much, but we've been throwing the word citizen around so much here. I can see it behind her avatar. The Articles of Confederation for a moment. Because as much as the U.S. Constitution... Here, let me actually do this a minute. As much as the U.S. Constitution mentions citizens seven different times, five of which are in Article III, Section II, the judicial powers, the federal government, the Articles of Confederation... Click, wrong tab, there it is. The Articles of Confederation mentions the word citizen once. And that is in Article IV, when it says, "...to better secure and perpetuate mutual friendship and intercourse among the people of the different states in this union..." blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of free citizens in the several states. And the people of each state shall have free ingress and egress to and from any other state and shall enjoy therein all the privileges of trade and commerce. And it goes on from there. There is a distinction that they made between the people of the states and the free citizens of the states. And can I mention, Bill, because this is spot on what you're saying. We need to go back and learn in the Fourteenth Amendment when that is when the federal government made us all citizens of the United States of America. And that was in eighteen sixty eight. I'm going to give you a case that is very profound in a few years later when the Supreme Court said, and I will quote, The Privileges and Immunities Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment protects very few rights because it neither incorporates any of the Bill of Rights nor protects all rights of individual citizens. Instead, this provision protects only those rights peculiar to being a citizen of the federal government. It does not protect those rights which relate to state citizenship. And that case, that was in the slaughter case, slaughterhouse case. And if you go back and understand that they made us this dual citizen, but you have every constitutional right to be free in America under your state constitutions. And it's just you have the choice, and we call it public versus private. You're going from the private into the public. And in commerce, that is the federal government, because all they manage is interstate and worldwide commerce. That's what the federal government is there to do to manage worldwide commerce and commerce between the states. But they're there to protect our rights, number one. They made us a dual citizen so that they could give the appearance that they now have total control over you with the Sixteenth Amendment, which they had planned when they adopted the Fourteenth Amendment. The sixteenth Amendment came later. That's the one that you identified earlier, where Article one, Section nine of the federal Constitution. We do not owe federal taxes. If you are an American citizen and you had the fruits of your labor, you can go back in the Moore case, which was just adjudicated last year. Well, we'll give that to you very clearly. But again, I I just wanted to follow that fourteenth Amendment that put us into that. federal constitution and then what the Supreme court said about it. But the Supreme court doesn't in historical terms, doesn't always tell you what law they're adjudicating. And if you don't understand your jurisdiction and what you're fighting for, we are now put in all these courts of equity. That's what all state courts are courts of equity. They're not courts of record and they do not offer you due process of law unless you understand that you've got to identify yourself and stand on your constitutional rights. And furthermore, Greg, you said that each person has a right to live freely under their state constitution. I take that one step farther. You have a right to live freely with no constitution. Correct. Yes, you do. You can absolutely be completely private and be absolutely under zero government oversight or control unless you violate the rights of one of your countrymen. And then you lose that protection and can be prosecuted as such. That would like to include almost the entire government that we have right now. It does. But we've allowed it to happen because we are responsible to be the trust protectors. The Constitution is just a trust. And we were given the responsibility of being trust protectors and to get redress of grievance. And we forgot how to do it one hundred and fifty years ago. Yep, that is absolutely correct. So remember that it's not just regarding a Convention of States. Remember that it's not just a simple adopting of amendments proposed. But those people who are calling for that, you're literally calling for the potential of government explosion, for lack of a better word. You have no way of controlling this. So be cautious when you see people, you know, and they bring that bandwagon out, play all their fancy music. Understand the history behind jumping on a bandwagon, by the way. They bring that bandwagon out. They play all sorts of fancy music, get people dancing and involved, and you jump on and join them and have a good time, you know, because it sounds right. There are two people in this world. There's lawful and lawless, right? The convention of states to propose it in such a manner is a lawless mindset, right? to give power to people who should have none besides what we've granted to them. We are ruled by consent of the governed. If you do not consent, you are not governed under that. And to your point, Bill, is that we have to really be careful about headlines and not getting in behind what is actually being said. As an example, the amendments and the proposals that have been on the ballot for the past few years, first of all, it's not supposed to work that way. But second of all, they delivered exactly opposite of what the headline promised. They're all of them Trojan horses, and they carry with them destruction. Every single one of them. I have not seen one of them that wasn't exactly opposite of the language that they proposed. Well, and how much does the average person trust the government, but yet the government is who we're letting write the summaries of all of these things that are presented to the people to vote on? This board of canvassers in the state of Michigan that basically approve and write are part of writing the paragraph that we say, see on the petitions. But if you look at the entire language, some of them are there, the, the acts, my tax one was three pages long. And in that was absolutely it's trust law. They were, they're affecting trust law through acts, my tax. And people are missing that because they don't read all of it. And you've got you got to start with the last paragraph and then go back and go to the beginning and read because the last paragraph or last two paragraphs are going to summarize what kind of the true intent is because they know most people won't even get to it. Well, and even if you're not that type and you have a hard time understanding these things, take it at face value, but use common sense. Because even the Ask My Tax thing, if you think about it with a little bit of common sense, right, you're going to eliminate property taxes. Well, what's the big cry beyond that? Well, where are we going to get the rest of this twenty seven percent funding for our state, our state agencies and such? Common sense says, well, wait a minute. Do those state agencies need to exist? right? Remember during the lockdowns, right? Only essential government services are going to continue during this. The rest are going to be off. And then we get out of the lockdowns and they bring all those back. Wait a minute. I thought they were non-essential. Government has just run on essential authority, essential delegated power. If it's not essential, why are we funding it? Can we not eliminate those agencies? Just eliminate the property tax out of the Constitution if you want to. And then if something doesn't get funded by it, well, guess what? Legislature, you got to figure this out. Eliminate it. That'll solve the funding issue. Yeah. With this latest government shutdown, how, how many people, the whole Congress, everybody that was sitting in the seats got paid. If it's shut down, why were they getting paid? And how many people were actually impacted by that to a large extent that shouldn't have been, you know, I mean, for those of us that were out there actually working during that, that whole shutdown, um, Did any of us actually notice an impact to anything in our normal daily lives? Well, I did. I did. There was one less, what do they call that, the old Homeland Security guys, the federal, basically the federal police, little white and blue SUVs, right? I didn't notice any of those anymore. Good job. They stopped stalking you, huh, is what you're saying. I've got one that lives down the road. So last time I saw him, he ended up driving into the ditch and got stuck. And I offered help, but he didn't want it. So it is what it is. I can laugh it off. But at least they're close. I can keep an eye on them. I want to stick on this system, though, because, Bill, you led us down a path here that should lead to future shows for us because obviously taxes are extremely important to people. And I personally have opted to get myself out of the federal tax. program lawfully and legally under the Constitution and standing on my rights. And I did it multiple years ago and the IRS does not bother me. And why don't they bother me? Because I didn't do it just by stop paying my taxes. I did it lawfully following the Constitution in the process that was outlined in the Constitution for me to follow. And it goes to positive and non-positive law. And we have hundreds and hundreds of non positive law agencies that we created, including something called the Internal Revenue Service, the IRS. They are not positive law and they are not there to protect our rights and they're not there. It is I mean, it is, I believe, the largest fraud on humanity ever. And it, I am, I love that you started with article one section nine, because that's where it begins. And we can go through the history from nineteen thirteen and the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank and then the creation of the IRS, which came much later. But and the arguments that were presented to the Supreme Court. And like you said, in the Bruce Shaber case in nineteen sixteen, it said that the Sixteenth Amendment did not grant any new powers to Americans. the federal government. Well, if it didn't grant any new powers, then how the heck do they have a power now to charge us income tax when it's not for war? But everybody thought because we went into World War I, everybody thought, oh, it must be a war tax. And it just became perception rather than reality. And this is what happens with us when we, the people, don't assemble. And that's why assemblies, that's why notices and affidavits to our servants and education on the part of civics for ourselves is so extremely important. And we must go back and do it. And obviously, since taxes are important to all of us, there's a reason that Florida is saying, well, maybe we should do away with the property tax because it is an indirect problem. or it's a direct tax on the value of our property. That is not constitutional. They can't do that. They're breaking the law and, you know, the highest law in the land. And that's what we have to go back to to protect, you know, to hold them in check a little bit. And back to your statement on the IRS. The IRS doesn't lawfully exist. And that is under Norton v. Shelby County. None of these three-letter agencies, unconstitutional, regulatory capture, none of this exists, right? They exist by contract. They exist by contract. Yep, they exist by just people agreeing to them being there. But they don't have any legal standing to exist. And to your point about the Federal Reserve and getting into fiat currencies and stuff here too, Donna and I had a discussion, I think last week, about we already had a fiat currency, gold and silver. And even though that is what we are supposed to be lawfully, you know, that is how taxes are supposed to be paid. Not by the people, but, you know, that's how taxes are supposed to be paid. Gold and silver are also fiat currencies. The reason why they have value is because people ascribe value to them. they are not terribly useful in and of themselves. They are somewhat useful in certain chemical applications, but so is just about everything else. The biggest concern I have right now, and I alluded to that the last two days, is this obsession that we have. And it goes back to what the Bible said about in the end times, people being lovers of money and the obsession with cryptocurrency, these obsessions with Gold and silver, the EV, the whatever it is, all of this stuff. I don't know if people understand how bad of an idea crypto is. It is a really bad idea because you've got an enemy with unlimited computing power that can overwhelm anything in the system and turn it off like that. But the obsession with trying to create security through the material world is very disturbing to me. With that said, I'm a little bit of a prepper. I think that it's a good idea to be prepared in the case of anything that's coming. However, the obsession with trying to game everything is in, in leaving out the spiritual component of the fact that the only true security we have here is God almighty. And now that doesn't mean you lay down and just, you know, and just die when the threat comes up, you should be prepared, but it's, it's an unnatural way to put all of your eggs in the basket of a physical means of security because, because it could be gone in a twinkling of an eye. And then what do you have to be able to maintain calm and peace in all situations where you're thinking, you're not panicked, and you are pretty much in control of your ability to think and not just run around to your own demise. It's concerning. And I think unless we go back to the spiritual component of our lives, we're going to be in trouble no matter which way we jump. Yep. And remember the warning that was given to Timothy. If you have offspring in this world, if you are raising up children, not kids, kids are baby goats. If you're raising up children in this world, Timothy gave you the warning that if you don't provide for your own, especially of those in your own household, you are worse than an infidel and have denied the faith. So think about that. Everything, don't just be hearers. Don't just take this information and go do something about it, right? Whether it's writing notices, whether it's getting involved locally, whether it's, you know, if you want to go to your state capitol and fight, congratulations. I hope you're successful because nobody else has been in four decades. But do something with the information. Don't just take it in. And for God's sakes, teach it to your children because they are the ones that have to pick up wherever you left off. Don't make it harder for them to do what you should have done in your lifetime. So Greg, right now, is about to tell you how you are going to take action in the next hour while I go to work. Awesome show, Bill. Yeah, this is, you guys are so funny. You are so funny. So hang on a minute. I'm trying to open something up because before you leave, I want to show you what we're working on here. It's just going to take me just a minute. So we're going to be talking about this in the next hour. And I think everybody's going to be very excited to find out that yes, in fact, hang on, give me, give me some grace here. I'm, I'm operating like five different screens. We're going to be going to talking about noticing. How to get redress of grievance. Hang on a second. I got to get this guy up. Just a minute. We're working on it here. Have a little patience. I know you got to get to work, but I need to be patient just for a minute here. Now, what in the heck did not come up here? Let me click on this again. See if we can do it. One more try here, and then I'm going to try something different. I can tell you as an IT guy that the one reliable thing about computers that will always be reliable is that they will be unreliable the minute you need them. Right? Totally sucks, but I'm going to do it anyway. So anyhow, here you go. Let me see if I can click on it and get it to come up. Nope, not going to do it. Anyhow, we're going to be talking about water wars. This is my Telegram feed here. And the notices that we have, we're going to be going through those this morning. And the next hour. And I think that I think everybody's going to enjoy this because this this is one of those things. And I've said this openly, like I try to fail people a little bit on this show. Not entirely. I don't try to hang people up, but I will. I will absolutely hold their feet to the fire a little bit to see if they're if they're just selling snake oil. OK. And because we have to do that, we have to test the spirits. We have to find out. And I'm going to tell you, I know all Greg's buddies out there are out there watching this, okay, because this is the way it works. I really tried to fail them in a way. I was asking questions. I wanted to see what was wrong with this process. And I couldn't do it. I couldn't blow a hole in the process. And I tried because I wanted to find out if they were for real or if this process was actually going to work. And I had some questions. I had a lot of questions about it. but you know what um and and they and i i think several of them were pretty mad at me for a while if you really want to know the truth i think they were a little annoyed with me because i kept asking questions and they're like they're like she's never gonna get it she's stupid she's not gonna come on board she's gonna keep going down the path of destruction you know you know you know goodbye brandenburg that sort of thing well you know what they stuck with me through all the questions and the and the wanting to find out the truth because you got to understand i've had thousands of people coming to me trying to be snake oil salesmen okay and i'm going to tell you what these get this process is the way it has to work And so right now I'm pursuing a parallel path with notices and affidavits, but also in pro se going into the court system. And I'm going to tell you, and for all those people who say, shut up, Brandenburg, go home, only talk about notices and affidavits. Oh, here you go. I can get the whole thing up. This is great. I think that one of the most valuable things for me being in the court system in pro se is I'm seeing how badly corrupted it is and honestly can find things that we can file notices and affidavits on and have have absolute proof of things that are affecting not only me, but all of us. I'm just willing to get into the snake pit and see what I can do to survive it and see what we can do coming out on the other side. So we're going to be talking about the notices and affidavit. This is our little branded meme. I've Because Karen over the years, Karen's a great friend to me. I got to tell you, she's not just sort of a friend. Karen is an outstanding friend and we have a wonderful relationship. And over the years, she has created so many memes between her and I sitting here on camera, just her and I. And they're hilarious. Some of them I haven't put out there, but they are absolutely hilarious. She'll screen capture stuff just to, you know, poke me in the face with it. It's hilarious. But anyhow, we're going to be talking about water wars. And I did a show yesterday with Patrick Gunnels, which I thought was a good show, describing what actually is happening. And it's not just here. It's just that God has a sense of humor here. and had the attack go full on to me, my property, my well was the first one to go dry in this area, which I think is hilarious, right? But what we have to understand is that this is not about me. This is not even about the community. This is about the entire United States. And what they're doing with water wars is it's the last capture of infrastructure to make us dependent on the system. If they control the water, They control the very essence and the ability of life to exist. And this is why this is so important. I just happen to have standing inside the court system as well as in notices and affidavits, which we all have. But I have the ability to go stand there face to face with them and make them face what they have done to this nation. And I think that that's it's an important part of it. So we're going to do it. We're doing a parallel. We're doing a parallel legal attack, lawful attack against their criminality. And you know what? In pro se, I'm winning. And it is with the affidavits and the notices and affidavits. We are winning. And we are activating more people to get involved, to sign it, to stand together and to hold this government accountable and hopefully remove them all who have broken the law, which is my opinion, all of them. So I invite you guys to join in. We're going to take a quick break here. Thank you, Bill, for being on today. And I will tell you in exactly fifty seven seconds, we'll be right back with a second hour of Brandenburg News Network. Thanks for thanks for being here, Bill, and all the rest of you. I will see you back. Ralph, are you leaving today now or are you going to stay on? Yeah, I'm going to have to jump off. All right. Ciao to y'all. And I'll see everybody back here. Don't leave. It's going to be great. The second hour is going to be great. welcome back to the second hour brandenburg news network i am donna brandenburg and i'm here with greg martini and karen the riveter and i want to start this out talking about the fact that you know what greg was up here hanging with us for for a few days and such and then he left us which i'm assuming he's coming back under duress coercion and threat of donna brandenburg because we had a great time but i got to tell you if you ever had to have a gathering or a party invite Greg is a fricking hilarious, amazing guest. He is hilarious. I love it. Everything is. I love it. And the funniest part, we had a gathering here at my house. Okay. And for all the red. What's that? I'm turning red. You're hilarious. So my daughter, who is now married but hasn't had children yet, and I've got a little bit of a problem with this. I'm like, come on, let's get together. I want to see grandkids, right? She was sitting there. Because she had torn her Achilles tendon. And she can't really walk right now. I mean, she's finally got out of the wheelchair, out of the boot, off the crutches. She's walking sort of with a cane. But she can't be up on her feet too long. So she's sitting by the door. It was on Halloween night. And we have a lot of fun with this. Because for us, it's just meeting neighbors. And Greg is hilarious, okay? He stood by the door. He is the greatest help to a grandmother's heart in the whole world. And harass. my daughter all night about having grandkids and how cute these kids were that were coming to the door. It was absolutely hilarious. So next time when you're back, I've got a party planned for the barn. And I'm going to go back to doing what I did for Ambassador. You know, Rick Grinnell, Rick Grinnell was our ambassador in the highest. He's also a friend of my highest ranking intelligence officer in the United States under President Trump, first term and such. We did a gathering here and I made fifteen pies, right, for the group. And we're going to have a pie gathering fall celebration here when you get back. And it might end up going into Christmas. Who knows, you know. And so but but you are hilarious, right? Oh, you're making me blush. I had such a great time. It was a wonderful visit. It was great to meet everybody. You've got a wonderful family. Don't forget to mention, I did get to your house at seven thirty to a five star breakfast and This was obviously on Halloween night, so I spent the entire day there, and it was wonderful. I feed people, okay? It's born and bred into me. It's like I have three first comes by blood. And I grew up with like like seven sets of uncles and aunts, all of whom were on the on a sole mission to make all of us fat. Right. It was like, hey, you need to eat. You know, come on. You're too skinny. I'm like going, no, I'm not. OK, so my my ability to feed people is like is like over the top. So. So I feed people like all day long. When COVID came around, I opened my barn up because I refused to shut anything down. I was like, you're going to tell me nothing, right? So we opened our barn up and we started feeding people in the morning. We started with breakfast and it went all day, all day long. It was a great party through COVID. I was kind of thankful for the shutdowns, kind of, sort of, because we had a great time during this. You know, people could come here, no masks, hanging out, having a great time and stuffing our faces with homemade food all day long. It was fantastic. It was fantastic when I was up there, so I wish I would have lived there during COVID. Yeah, well, we'll have to invite everybody there, all the people, and we the people notices and such. Everybody's going to have to come down here, and we will have an awesome – and anybody else, too. I mean, I'm kind of like everybody's welcome kind of person, you know. And if I can just say one thing before we get started, because – meeting Karen while I was up there, spending a lot of time with her and spending a lot of time with her subsequent to that so that she could learn the process. I mean, she has helped tremendously and she really knows and understands the purpose and the meaning behind getting redress agreements to our servants and What a notice means, where you're going with a notice, why you do notices, why you do affidavits. So it was just awesome to spend as much time as I did with her as well. And I appreciated everything. The hospitality from you and Karen was off the charts. We have a great friend group here. Let's just put it that way. Yes. So anyhow, I am blessed to have the friendship of some of the finest people who have ever walked this planet, in my opinion. And Karen is among those people. I can tell you from the beginning of, of starting Brandenburg news network, she's the one that's always been there when people show up for interviews and I'll quick call or go, oh my gosh, I need you here. Are you still in your jammies or what's going on? You know, all of a sudden she'll, she'll pop in, you know, she drags herself out of bed or whatever and, and a night owl and all of a sudden, but Karen has always been there. And I gotta tell you, I am so honored. to be able to call you a true friend, Karen. And I just love you to pieces. You're amazing. Love it. All right. Now let's get into the real meat. I love it. I do. I love it. Now let's get into the meat. okay let's do this water wars thing here and so here we go this is this is uh up on my telegram channel as well as on my x account and if you find me there at brandenburg the number four mi there's lots of brandenburg donna brandenburg imposters out there you've got to have the right header because there's i i can't even tell you if you do a search it's like i don't know if they like the name or what it is but i mean i'm gonna tell you what there's so many imposters out there so it's brandenburg the number four, M-I on Telegram and X. I'm all over the place. And I can put other links out there because I'm on Instagram and elsewhere. But those are the places I'm the most active. And this is the little header for what we're doing. And it's got a QR code on it for you to sign. You know, you can click on it. That'll bring you to the job form. And we're going to go through, we've got a series of notices that we're going to go through and tell you how and why they work. And I'll try to bring up here so that we can put them up on online and read it. And oh, this is great. Thank you. We the people notices. I love you guys. It's fantastic. So, so nice. Okay, so where do we want to go? You guys drive the bus on this one because I'm working five screens here and we'll just, let's do this thing. So let's start and just remind everybody, the purpose of notices is our constitutional republic responsibility is to educate our servants. And as I said earlier, and Bill kind of outlined in the initial discussion, we've kind of been lax unfortunately in that because we didn't have the tools and the resources to assemble the way we do today and obviously we the people notices was started long before i got involved but i got involved and uh and met some wonderful people and we create these notices so that people know how to go and address their government and address their servants and do it in a way that is constitutional and puts them not only on notice, i.e., that's the purpose of a notice, but it puts them on notice while it builds a record that you've put them on notice. Unfortunately, they kind of changed the law and they created these events where they come and they allow we, the public, to speak to them for three minutes, which is, again, a joke. We can talk about that later. But and and then it goes into their minutes but it's not on record and because it's not on record they that you have actually given them notice and signed it as we the people And people outside that don't read those minutes don't really have the ability to get what's called redress of grievance from our servants. Now, they tried to arrest and detain me in one of the meetings when I pushed back. And they actually called backup sheriffs on me. And I put them all on notice verbally right then and there. And I said it to the sheriffs as well as the people that were sitting in the seats on their stage, because that's all it is, is a stage of power. And I don't know if you heard this, but I went back the last time they had a sewer meeting. They literally set themselves up with their back, their backs to the population. Well, I took my cameras and I walked right around and put it in front of them because I'm like, you're going to face me. And then they tried to tell me where I was going to stand to address them. I'm like, you're not telling me anything. And I walked right around it. And I stood there with my camera right in their faces. I'm like, you need to face the people that you've committed crimes against. And everybody needs to realize that. But I got to tell you, when you get up and fight and they push back on you, expect it. The whole room, when they tried to detain me, the whole room stood up and said, if you're going, if you try to take her, you're taking all of us. And they surrounded me and stopped. The sheriffs were like, whoa, what did we kick here? When we stand together. We can do anything. Don't expect one person to fix this for you. It's not about one person. It's about all of us. And this is the true beauty of what we're doing with notices and affidavits. Everyone has an opportunity to participate. and to stand together and stand with those people who are, there's tons of people writing notices and affidavits, tons of them. And honestly, I think every single one of us out there needs to be pushing this information out on social media, on our contacts. We need to be publicizing this We need to be signing it, putting our name on the line, just like our founding fathers did with the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. You've got to be able to stand there and say, you know what? They're not going to tell me what to do. They're not going to silence me. They're not going to push me down. And it takes a little courage, I understand. But it has to be done. Amen. Amen. And it's something we all can do. And people that are watching your show in other jurisdictions, it doesn't matter what jurisdiction you're in, where your county is. You can look at these notices, sign them, read them. You don't have to be in Donna's jurisdiction to to sign the notice and support her because we're all Americans and we all want our government in every single jurisdiction to follow the law. And then you can take those notices, find them on We the People notices, find them on Donna's show, and use them in your own municipalities to educate your servants so that they follow the law. okay so here's notice number one and um i wanna i wanna i'm gonna defer to the two of you right now because i want to make sure you have enough time to talk about about this and you know you know me i can talk all day long but i want to make sure that you guys have the floor here on this so that so that you can help educate everyone about what we are doing you can become part of we Every single person watching this, all your friends, your families, you don't have to sit there and feel like you can't do anything. Stand up, get involved. It's pretty simple. You can sign the notices and become part of the we, and we're going to change things. Would you like me to read it, Karen, or would you like to read it? This one we have read. I don't know if you get done. Do you want to read all four of them today? I do. And I mean, when we talked about this yesterday, because I think I read it the last time. But I think what I'd like to do is I'd like to do all four of them and show what we're doing. So people this is the problem that I had with everybody that was selling me snake oil. before you guys came around, is that there was never an organized way to approach things. It was like this trying to get my hands around an amoeba of all of these scrambled up processes and knowledge and such. And I think this is profitable for all of us to go through them one at a time so people can literally see in a very linear way the progression of how this works. Okay, I can read it if you like. Beautiful. Okay, the first one is called, and we, I've kind of termed them Water Wars one, two, three, four. So it looks like we're having a world war, but that's just how it is. So this is the first one. It's called Point of Clarity Regarding Michigan Constitution, Article One, Section One. Notice to agent is notice to principal and notice to principal is notice to agent. I, and it would say whoever's name is serving it, in this case it's Donna Brandenburg, one of the people, as seen in the Michigan Constitution, wish for you to give a point of clarity based on your position as an agent or substitute of one of the people. Michigan Constitution, Article I, Declaration of Rights. So this is an excerpt right from the Constitution. Section one, all political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal benefit, security, and protection. Please give a point of clarity. Do you believe that the state constitution declares that all political power is inherent in the people and that government is instituted for their equal benefit, security, and protection? Please respond in writing via notices at donnaformi.com and publicly for posting your response on the Byron Township office's building main door within ten business days of receiving this notice and leave posted for thirty days. This notice is sent to you in the peace and love of Jesus Christ that you provide due care to those who have all political power, the people. So in this one, what we're doing is informing them. It should be a reminder. But if they have never read it, we are going to inform them what the Constitution says and then ask them, do they acknowledge that? It's just that simple. Anybody can take this. If you're from a different state go to the Declaration of Rights in your state constitution because you probably have one and find the equivalent statement in there and you can then just edit this document a little bit and put your name on it and send it to your local county statewide national level representatives. The second page I see that Donna has up, I have it on my computer, how I can read it. I'm going to put something up for just a second. If you've got any questions or you need some help, I can get you to the right people to help you and you can join us if you want to start this process. And this is my cell phone. You're welcome to call, but I always ask to text first because I won't pick up a call if I'm online. or if I'm working on something, but I will always get back to everyone. I had people calling me from Patrick Gunnell's show last night and I did pick up and, and it was, it was an amazing, amazing response. So, but I will connect. I love connecting people and being a help to whomever you are and whatever your situation is. So continue on and we'll continue on with this. Okay, so this is going to be pretty similar across the board between notices. This one says, take notice, attention, immediate due care. And it has the header for the first page, Point of Clarity Regarding Michigan Constitution, Article I, Section I. And then it explains what notice to agent is notice to principal and notice to principal is notice to agent means. That any person receiving this document shall be responsible for distributing it to the addressed government servants. Any attempt by any elected official, legislative assistant, attorney, or any other agent or employee to suppress or ignore this notice will be considered a trespass of constitutional right to redress of grievances, comma, maladministration. This notice is being rendered to the following public servants. In Donna's case, she has nineteen people that are being sent this notice. And in her case, in almost every circumstance, she has delivered the notice. You might say served the notice during a public meeting so that all of the trustees who are present at the public meeting sees her deliver it to the clerk. She gives them the clerk one copy. It's the clerk's then responsibility, as the agent mentioned here, to then make sure that all those nineteen people have this notice. If she fails to do that, she's interfering. She's trespassing. That's maladministration, according to what we have written here. And one reason why I'm glad we did it that way is because in Donna's case, now the other trustees can see what Donna is doing. So in addition to watching her hand it over, she's telling them in person there, I am delivering this and I'm going to read it to you. Make sure that you get yours from the clerk. So that for the first two, they saw her delivering it in person. So if she talks about it again, they're going to be like, well, wait, I only got one or I didn't get any. Then they're going to have a responsibility to call the clerk to her accountability on that. So I like that we did it in person instead of just relying on her. It gives all the opportunity for us the representatives in the public functionaries, the trustees and servants, however you want to phrase it, to respond to this. And in her case, in the third one, she wasn't present because they canceled the meeting. They've been doing a few of those this fall, this winter. Probably because they don't want to deal with the people. They don't want to have any of this being able to be done publicly. And when I showed up at the sewer commission or the sewer committee meeting, I demanded when I was there, I said, they have refused to put this on public record. And I said, I demand that you put this in the meeting minutes when I read this. and that this shows up in public record on the notices that you were served because they are trying to hide this. They do not want it out. They've canceled multiple meetings. They do not want our voices heard. They say there's nothing on the agenda. Well, my question is, what about old business? They refuse to have the ability to interface with people that are holding them accountable. But that's okay. We're going to do it anyway. And this is a good time to interject where people can help, because these notices, the more we get people to sign them and then Donna will get them through her job form and then deliver them. The more people they see are watching this, the more pressure they have on them to follow the law. These are lawful notices on paper that are being delivered. And although don't get discouraged by your township or your county ignoring them, they're ignoring them because we haven't done our job for so long. But I will tell you, this is the way we instruct our government and we put it on the record. And all these unfortunate poor attorneys that are representing these counties and these townships are going to have a really bad day in the future because they've simply ignored these and they haven't posted them like we the people, i.e. their boss. We the people are their boss. That is the way the Constitution structured it. They are our servants. This is redress of grievance, and the learning part has to come first. They haven't been learned in the law, and even though they take an oath to this Constitution, they haven't read it, and that's what this is for. This is for us to do our job, and then we're going to come back, and once they don't do their job after we've requested it, we can put a hammer down. When people see the full story of water wars and what actually transpired here, I think people are going to be so shocked. at the coordinated conspiracy. And I'm not saying conspiracy theory, but working together to cover tracks when this all comes out, people are going to be absolutely floored at what has transpired here. This is just the beginning. This isn't the end of the story. This is the beginning. And it's going to continue to grow and and problems for them because they've broken the law and they've done it many times. And there's things that we have found that I haven't come out with yet because I have an active lawsuit going on in the court system and it's going to come out and all of it, including confessions, and et cetera on what they've done. It's very interesting. I just pulled up the JotForm link so you can see what the JotForm looks like. So when you go through here and you want to say start filing, this is what you do. You click on this button and it will take you through that notice. So you can sign your name and submit it and it will immediately come to me and the notice is the email address down here. it will come to me and then you become part of the record to help hold these people accountable. Now, I'm a fan of doing this all over the United States. I am. I think as we work through this and we have the process find, you know, really honed in, you know, so that we can, we can help people. And I think that Greg's group has got this process down. They have, they, it's not Greg's group. It's a group of people that are affiliated. Okay. And so, so it's, it's people that just decided to step up and work together. They are not out there trying to raise money like every other political nonsense organization out there. That's the other reason why, why I, uh, gave him credibility. I'm like, when, as soon as somebody sits there with their hand out begging for money, I'm usually done with it. And I have not seen, seen that yet, which is very, very heartening. It's very, um, uh, moving and I think it gives you guys a lot of credibility that you just are doing your civic duty to help people across the United States have their rights and hold these criminals that are in office accountable. We have to do that job. So what would you like me to do next? Do you want me to bring the next one up or do you want me to address this one? Number two. All right. Hang on here. Give me a second. Talk amongst yourselves. As she's doing that and bringing the next one up, it really is a powerful tool that we've been given by our founding fathers. and to learn how to use that tool and use it to our benefit. And we don't have to do all the work. We can do it as an assembly of people and helping each other. And there's everybody in our group from, I think we have representatives from nearly every single state in our group across the country. And everyone has issues in their own counties. This water wars is you are going to be amazed when you see the deception and the deceit and the NGOs that fund these things that are trying to take and just trample our constitutional rights and put us in tyranny. We need to start standing up for our rights. And this is what it does. The Eagle, as long as everybody's out there, I will tell you that the regulatory agencies, Eagle and all of them, all of them are in on this steal and this take. There is no oversight. Eagle rubber stamps things. There's no oversight. They rubber stamp things through based on intentionally flawed information. And when you see how far this goes so that they could have plausible deniability, it's not going to end well because this is so big. This whole thing, it's a racket. And they're doing it not just with water wars. They're doing it with other things. But this is going to be the... the last nail in the coffin of our independence if they have a complete monopoly over our water just as they have done over our electric grid our power grids consumers power has got a monopoly over over electricity dte hasn't has a monopoly over the gas and distribution and such but i want to tell you that i'm kind of a research nerd And one of the things that I can tell you is consumers power. And I want you to think about this because the connection to Venezuela, what's going on there, Dominion and all of that stuff in our election systems, consumers energy, consumers power has got an island off of the off of the coast of Venezuela. Ask yourself why? Why is it that everything goes to a globalist or a center because they're all involved in it? It is so big. It has been said so many times that it's so hard for people to get their arms around it because the issue of the globalization is so big that everybody's like, you can't be serious until you see it and see what's actually going on. So go ahead. Karen, you want to read the second one? Yeah. So once again, and I want to add that while we're educating the government, we're instructing them, we're informing them because some of these people have been given nothing but attorney advice at this point. We're going to also educate the public. So anyone who reads the notices, whether they post them or we do, whether we share it during a public meeting by reading it aloud, it gives other people an idea about what they can do and it informs them about government in general. So the second one is another point. I want to stop you one second for what you just said a minute, Karen, just for clarification, because you're absolutely right on this. And my clarification is, I hope everybody out there understands that there is not one licensed attorney In the United States, there's not one attorney that has a license to practice law, as they say. It is a private membership association and it's a bar card. It's just like a country club card. There's no such thing as a license to practice law. Doesn't exist. That kind of brings us to another ancillary issue with the fact that that also extends to the judges and how corrupt and how invalid the whole system is. So please continue. Okay, number two, point of clarity. Power is granted in trust or does agent decide? Notice to agent is notice to principal and notice to principal is notice to agent. We're going to use the same phrase that we started with in the first one. I, Donna Brandenburg, one of the people as seen in the Michigan Constitution, wish for you to give a point of clarity based on your position as an agent or substitute of one of the people. And that statement, by the way, will change a little bit as we learn. Please take notice. John Locke, an authority in English law, explains that government is a trust which all power is sourced from. John Locke, Two Treatises of Government, eighteen twenty three, page one seven one. Secondly, political power is that power which every man having in the state of nature has given up into the hands of society and there into their governors whom the society hath set over itself with this expressed or tacit trust that it shall be employed for their good and the preservation of their property. Now this power, which every man has in the state of nature, and which he parts with till the society can secure him, is to use such means for the... End of quote. Please give points of clarity. As agent, servant, and trustee, do you have any powers that have not been delegated by the people? What is your understanding of the source of your powers? Do you believe that you can lawfully execute any power that has not been expressly granted by the people in the Michigan Constitution? And the rest of it is the same as the first one. Please respond in writing via notices at donnaformi.com and publicly by posting this response on the Byron Township office's building main door within ten business days of receiving this notice and leave posted for thirty days. This notice is sent to you in the peace and love of Jesus Christ that you provide due care to those who have all political power, the people. And the second page will look the same as I read before. Take notice, attention, immediate due care, powers granted, and trust, or does agent decide? And then it explains to them once again what the notice to principal and notice to agent means. And the same nineteen people in this particular case. She could do this same process with others. She finds an additional person. She can add them to the list. an entity, a corporation, anyone that she wanted to educate in similar fashion, she can send the same document to. So when she read this one, two weeks after the first one, she also brought, I think on this occasion, you brought a list of the names of all those in addition to Donna who had gone in through the JotForm link and added their names by quote-unquote signing online So she adds it to a list. So every time she goes from here on out, anybody who has added their name to that list can be added to an additional serving of the notice. So if five people sign this week or five hundred people sign this week, she can add those names or delegate Karen to add those names to the list. and she'll bring them to the township and so they get all those names they don't get your email addresses they don't know your life history all they have is the names and you can therefore say we agree with donna on this point of clarity ta-da excellent You want to go straight to number three because we have two more to do. Yeah, I'm working on it here. I was trying to get them all up so people can see which way we're going with this. And I believe this is the third one. Okay. Now, unfortunately, Karen doesn't have a meme for number three yet because it's not in JotForm yet, but it's in process. So as soon as we have a link to that one on JotForm, we'll have a meme that she can post. And that makes it kind of easy for you to recognize when she's posting them. I hope everybody can see that this is a team effort. It's like everything that's out there. President Trump has got an amazing team around him. And we have an amazing, amazing team. And I got to tell you, I'm thankful to every single person who has put the time, energy, their hearts into this because it's a lot of fun. You guys should join us. This is like a lot of fun. We laugh and have such a great time. And of course, eat lots of food. It's fantastic. So Karen, do you want to read this one now? Sure. Point of clarity, power to do anything not prohibited. Notice to agent is notice to principal and notice to principal is notice to agent. And so in this particular one, we learned a little bit more about what a proper address should look like. So we just amended what we had written the first two times. And that's just how it goes. It's okay if you're not really making a mistake. You just move on and you learn as you go. You're sharpening the stone. You're honing in on what is a better process. I, Donna Brandenburg, one of the people as seen in the Michigan Constitution Article I, Section I, Republican in Form, sui juris, do present this notice that you and your agents as the trustees and servants provide immediate due care to those with all political power of the people. Please take notice. It is my wish that you provide clarity regarding your constitutional authority to do things as long as it is not expressly prohibited in the Michigan Constitution. Please give a point of clarity. Are you free to do what is not expressly prohibited in the Michigan Constitution, or do you have only the granted authorities which permit you to deal with things that are authorized by the people? Please take final notice is my wish, order, and demand that you respond by publicly posting this notice on the Byron Township offices building main door within ten business days of receiving this notice and have it posted for thirty days. This notice is sent to you in the peace and love of Jesus Christ that you provide due care to those who have all political power, the people. I want to say that in our case, we decided to go with publicly posting the notice on Byron office's building main door. That is the name of their building and it is the main door that the public would have access to. We want everybody to be able to have access to the information and to also see that there is at least one person who has posted that from the public functionaries. So far today, when Donna goes down there, she's not likely to see any of these posted on that front main door. And the other reason why we put it that way, this is my idea. I didn't want it on a bulletin board inside the door. I wanted it twenty four seven available for the public to view. And they hide things. They don't even get the website right. So one of the things that they've done, because they know that there's a problem and they continue to do this stuff. Anyhow, as an example, when we had our public inaccuracy test, because there was nothing public or accurate having to do with the voting machines, which I taped the whole thing, right? And the whole thing was a fraud upon the people. The whole thing was. It was a demo. It wasn't an actual test. And it was done with what they did in the basement. What they did is they posted this on their website. That's their way to post. But the problem with it was is that you could come and click on it and it said one o'clock at the township meeting. But when you went to add it to your calendar, it posted it at five thirty. And it looked to me like intentionally misleading. They can say whatever they want, but they knew that that's a problem. And the other thing that they've done is if you click on the location of where to show up there at the township, it will run through locations of township halls all over the United States. I've got it all documented. I've screenshotted what's happening there. We brought it to their attention and they're like, yeah. And they laugh at us. Peggy Sattler has literally laughed at us. And we've got it all recorded when we tell her, oh, yeah, we know. It's like, really? So you think this is funny? Misleading we the people. This is funny to you. I don't think it's funny at all. She's not going to be laughing once we get through this process. She's not going to be laughing at all if she's still walking the street. Because you'll see each one of these notices is very simple, very direct, just giving our servants an education on what they took an oath to. And we call this laying the trap. We are laying the trap because they've ignored us for so long. They don't listen to us. And yet we, they are our servants. We're not their servants. I'm going to tell you, I'm going to contest the last election because of that public inaccuracy test. They passed a hundred and ten million dollar bond. There were three funding funding things that that they had as proposals. They passed all of them on machines that were a demo of an accuracy test with no ability to audit it, see what was going into the machines or coming out. Under threat, coercion, and duress, we were told to sign that tape. I wasn't going to do it. And I'm like, you know what? I'm going to do it because it proves that I was there to see the lies that they perpetrated and the fraud on the people of the United States. And Peggy admitted that they were done the same way all over the state of Michigan, which proves that they were all just demos. There was nothing there that you could audit or see. It's all theater. So next one. And the attorneys are working behind the scenes thinking that we don't know the law. we are practice we're not practicing the law we are applying it and we're educating them on what their responsibilities are you want me to give you guys a joke here you want to hear what happened they dismissed the first law firm that i was fighting pro se against the mika myers they were dismissed how and they brought in another another law firm But they're still paying Mika Myers and it's still quoting them as being paid, working on my case. Unbelievable. It's incredible. I got to tell you, this is like the greatest foray into stupidity. They don't even read the cases that they I think they just run it through AI. And I don't even think they read what they put into it. It's almost pathetically funny. Once we get to the end of these notices that that Karen is working on and they We've laid the trap for them. They will start telling on each other because they'll realize they do not have any immunity for all of these unofficial acts that they're committing. Yeah, I kind of laid that out to them on Ex Parte Young in that Starry Decisus case that's out there, and they're still not getting it. And I wrote it out there, and I handed it to them several times. That's kind of when they wanted to remove me is when I started talking about, oh, you have no immunity because you stepped outside of your delegated authorities. But I digress. Okay, Karen, let's go to the next one. It's easy to digress. I was going to say something else, but maybe I'll come back to me. Notice to the Byron Township elected trustees and servants, the sworn oath is binding. I do know what I wanted to say. And before I read this, I want to say this. So we're talking about a team and And we the people assembling, it's not really a header or a title of the group, but that's kind of what we refer to us as we people. There are some great people there who have done a lot of notices and some of them belong to or are nearby organizations. Delta County, Michigan. And they did a very similar notice, which is where we got much of this from. It was edited from there. So I just want to give them some credit. It was not just Donna or myself or Greg working on this. But a bunch of people have put into the final result that you see here. And maybe somebody will edit it before they serve it on their public functionaries. I would like to have a show that includes every single person that has, has been working on this and that we even just go rapid fire because everybody needs a little recognition here on what they've done. This has been going on for quite a while. And, um, And I mean, these are the unsung heroes that you never hear about in say mainstream or fake stream media. It's the people that are just everyday Americans doing their civic duties. These are the heroes of our time. And you know what? As long as I live and breathe, I'm going to make sure at this time and in the future, no matter what the path is, that they are all included in the heroism of doing it without being thanked or asked or payment or anything. I have incredible respect for the people that have done this. Incredible. That's hard for me to give. I just got to tell you that. If people get that out of me, it's because they've earned it. So go ahead, Karen. Notice to Byron Township elected trustees and servants, a sworn oath is binding. Notice to agent is notice to principal, and notice to principal is notice to agent. I, Donna Brandenburg, one of the people as seen in the Michigan Constitution, Article I, Section I, Republican in form, sui juris, do present this notice that you and your agents as the trustees and servants provide immediate due care to those with all political power, the people. Please take notice that you have voluntarily agreed by sworn oath to support the Michigan State and U.S. constitutions which are lawfully binding express contracts with the people describing your official duties for which you were granted immunity. The people's rights to life, liberty, and property precedes all government. Your oath to support the constitutions is binding to the trust of the state of Michigan. See evidence below. So everything from here on down to the next take, please take notice, is part of this evidence that we're presenting to them. First evidence is Michigan Constitution Article XI, Public Officers and Employment, Section I, Oath of Public Officers. And this entire thing is a quote directly from the Constitution. All officers, legislative, executive, excuse me, executive and judicial, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, shall take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation. I do solemnly swear or affirm that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this state, that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office of, and there's a blank for the office, According to the best of my ability, no other oath, affirmation or religious test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust. Our next evidence is a maxim of law. There is no stronger link or bond between men than an oath. Then we have our first Supreme Court case, Trump versus United States, twenty twenty four page one. There is no immunity for unofficial acts. Excerpt. Maxim of law. The main object of government is the protection and preservation of personal rights, private property, and public liberties, and upholding the law of God. American Maxim. Maxim of law. The government is to be subject to the law, for the law makes the government. Marbury v. Madison, five U.S., one Cranch, one three seven, eighteen oh three. The government of the United States has been emphatically termed a government of laws and not of men. It will certainly cease to deserve this high appellation if the laws furnish no remedy for the violation of a vested legal right. Please take notice the absence of an oath does not excuse one from the obligations of an oath when payment is secured as receipt of a binding contract, bolded for emphasis. What that means is, even if you didn't have an oath, if you took payment from the people for a job, you are as if you sworn that oath. Maximum of law, it is immaterial whether a man gives his assent by words or by acts and deeds. Please take final notice. You'll notice that this is a bigger paragraph than the first three. It is my wish, order, and demand that trustees and servants acknowledge their sworn oath that they have taken by autographing the attached list on page two and publicly posting this notice on the Byron Township office's building main door within ten business days of receiving this notice and have it posted for thirty days. It is your duty to read and understand the Michigan and U.S. constitutions in full. ignorance of your contract the law does not excuse any acts against the people's benefits if you believe any of these statements to be false rebut by affidavit sworn under penalty of perjury point by point within ten days of receiving this notice showing your grant of authority to deprive the people of their inherent rights under the common law or you agree by tacit acquiescence that all statements herein are true and shall be heard by an arbitrator of my choice. Any further actions will show you are acting with full knowledge, intent, and malice, trespassing on the people and their inherent rights, and that no court shall rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence, truth in law, in all courts of record. Anyone suppressing this notice agrees to pay thirty thousand dollars. A response from an attorney not directly addressed by this notice will be considered a non-response. This notice is sent to you in the peace of love. Peace and love of Jesus Christ do provide due care to those with all political power, the people. Go ahead. Go ahead. We've just ramped up the penalty for these servants when they don't follow and post the notice like they're required to. They have to give us a reason now. And if they don't give us a reason, which there is no constitutional reason for them to give because everything we cited is exactly as it is in the law. And when they don't post these notices, now there's a direct penalty related to it. because they took an oath to uphold that Constitution that we just cited. So hopefully that makes sense for everyone. We were very nice in the beginning. They obviously didn't listen to us. They didn't post the notices on the door. They didn't give us redress of grievance. And now we're ramping it up. And the pressure will get greater and greater. as they see these coming notices. And once they realize who really is in control, we the people of our government, and we've got the right not only to abolish them, but we've got the right to get redress of grievance from them directly and from the attorneys that have been taking money from these counties and not doing their job. Because their only job, their only job is to protect our constitutional rights. All this other garbage that they get involved in is not their job. That just gives them the ability to make money for their families and their friends. And that's what government has become because we haven't done our job. Now, when you read a notice like we just read and you read that last paragraph and you see, it's going to be interesting to see how they now respond, given now the penalties are going to begin to ramp up. Yeah, and I think this is – I'm very much looking forward to continuing this on, but this is part of the fight that needs to be had going forward in the future because as we move forward and we start removing people from office – I hope everyone out there is raising their hand and saying, I'll do it. I'll step up. And it doesn't have to be as complicated. Government does not have to be as complicated. It can't be, is what we have right now. Think about this. If we had a part-time legislature, and everybody went about their business and stayed close to home in their communities instead of this great big old disgusting party they have going on up there where they're figuring out new ways to screw us all. Once this stops and the taxes go back to what they're supposed to be, no income tax, no direct tax, no property taxes, All of this stuff. Think about this. Think about how things change. President Trump had this thing figured out with the tariffs. Everybody was like, oh, no, the sky's falling. Well, guess what? It's lawful. It's the way it's supposed to be done. And it works. It's working. It is working beautifully right now. We can't hold on to what we have just because we're familiar to it. We've got to move forward if we want to take it back. That means everybody's got to step up. If we remove them, is it going to be you that's going to step up and help? Now, as the chairman of the Constitution Party in the state of Michigan, which I am, I'm the chairman of the Constitution Party, which is the U.S. Taxpayers Party. Jocelyn Benson, the criminal, and I'm going to call her that because she is that. I've got a lawsuit against her that I filed in, I've got a couple of them. I think I filed that in June. Okay. I've got a, I've got a pro se against her right now. And I filed that in June and they got a problem. They've got a big problem because I discovered that, that they created an illegal API. And that's an application that they were using to register voters on. OK, it's unlawful. They went ahead and just decided to do what Jonathan Brader did is just making up things on the fly. That's what they're all doing. There's no law in any of this. They just do it and they expect nobody's going to push back. OK, but we're going to have to have good people who are honest, who have a absolutely unwavering code of ethics and integrity not to get in there to make money, but to serve. And I've just had somebody else reach out to me this morning because I put the call out there that we're going to need help. And I have been able to keep the Constitution Party on the ballot so we have another alternative to the Republican and Democrat parties. You have to understand, they have taken foreign money in our elections. Those are criminal organizations who are nothing more, no matter what you want to think about it, they have literally used power to steer the way the country has gone and they've done it illegally. They've done it with foreign money and money buying our politics that cuts everything of we, the people out of it. And no matter what we want to believe about it, the truth and the facts are the truth facts. I've been asked to run under the Republican party many, many, many times. In fact, I had people threatening me to run on that. And I'm like, well, I can't do this because it's a criminal organization. And it needs to be prosecuted and abolished because they've been taking forward money in our elections and have left the will of the people and the people out of it. Well, guess what? We have a clean party. The Constitution Party, the D.U.S. taxpayers party is a clean party and it's going to continue to be a clean party. And so I'm asking the next step on this for everybody, not only to join us in the the notices and affidavits, but we need to have people that will say, I'll do it. So he says in the Bible, pick me, I'll do it. Send me God. I'll do it. It may be you. And, and it may be us together. It's going, it's going to take all of us to do this. If you're honest and you love the United States of America, and you're here to serve this world, mankind got in the name of Jesus Christ, God almighty. that you are willing to stand up no matter what threat, duress, and coercion comes your way, willing to lay down your life for this nation, just like the founding fathers were, that when they signed those documents, it was a death sentence for them and they knew it. We don't have that now. We've got protections, but we have to be willing to step forward with courage and And do what needs to be done. And there's so many of us. You won't be left alone. We will stand with you. We will help you. And we will do this together. This is perfectly said. We will always have to be there to lawfully instruct. We will. And we will do that. We will not abandon anyone who decides to come forward. So you have my phone number. I have put it out there multiple times. I'll do it again. And text me and say, I'll run. There's an open seat here. I'll run. We'll do this. And one thing about it is by running, you establish even in their courts, their administrative courts, your ability to stand and sue them. And have jurisdiction. You already have it. But it's just another thing that they understand in their brainwashing and their communist takeover of this nation. They understand the words. And if there's enough of us, they're going to be running for the hills. Not one of them will be able to walk the streets here. I promise you that. And Craig Schneider actually said it earlier in the comments. It's important for us to understand and know the Chevron doctrine, which has been around for really eighty years, but it passed in nineteen eighty four in the Chevron case. has been overturned, and that is when they literally created word salad of the English dictionary and the law dictionaries in order to deceive us from the truth. And now everything we the people do, we make sure that it's truth, that it's researched. that it's organic, that it's from text, history, and tradition of our founding fathers and the people that wrote these constitutions to give us our rights. And it's our responsibility to continue to maintain those rights, not for us. It's our responsibility to maintain them for our posterity and our friends and family. I don't want to give the next generation rights. the nation that I unfortunately put my head in the sand for the first fifty years of my life, not understanding and not ever been educated on our constitutions and what those social compacts actually mean and what our responsibilities as it relates to the duty of our own people. I mean, we have a duty and a responsibility. And that begins with educating our servants. And that's the first stage of what we're saying. I'm going to tell you what, this is a phenomenal show because this is truly about us as we, the people, this is, this is what has to happen. And I love it. I got a text from Kitty. You know what, Craig, you want to talk a second? Sure. Absolutely. I'm going to put, I'm going to, I'm there, Craig, you're on, you're on live right now. And I just jumped on Craig because he's posting and I think he's a brilliant guy anyway. So they can hear what you're saying now, Craig. So how would you like to weigh in on this discussion just a little bit? I don't know. Doing that and seeing comments and going in and out of signal. Well, I appreciate you. I've talked to Craig many times, and what's amazing is he's one of the people that's really making things work up there in the UP. You want to add to anything we said here to inspire people to contact Donna Brandenburg and run for office and sign these notices, dang it? Learn your rights first before you do anything. Right. And start reading the bill of rights and start learning, because if you just start running, you're not going to know what's going on because you're going to start getting notices and affidavits that you don't know what to do with like the current people that are there now, because they're uneducated, most of them. So let's learn it. Right. Then let's apply. That's, that's basically what I would say. If, if you're, if you're, if you're listening and this is new stuff, cause it is, and just learn you have to do it yourself you are one of the people that's what i guess that i would say as one of the people right start learning because somebody's going to come to you that needs help and you're going to be able to help them because you know the law and then they're going to learn the law and then they're going to teach somebody else see if you can't repeat it it's not worth doing and it seems to be that people want to repeat this method Yep, just jump into the pond. Okay, I'm going to let you go, Craig, and you can get back at it. But thanks for coming on and weighing in. And I'll call you later. But I really think that this is just extraordinary. And we are starting something that, you know, we're building on something. We're not starting anything. I mean, it's all been there. I mean, it started a long, long, long, long, long time ago. But we rediscovered it. And, you know, I just I just got to say, when I ran for governor, I got to tell you, I got asked to run. And I was like, are you people out of your mind? I hate everybody in politics. They're all a bunch of liars, cheats and thieves. But I have more guts than brains. And I said, OK, and I agreed to do it. Right. The greatest thing that ever happened was me to lose the election in twenty two and still not concede this. I'm the only non-conceding governor candidate that I know of in the United States for twenty two. And the time that I've had since losing that election, and I was on the ballot for it, but the time that I've had has been extraordinary because I have thrown myself into learning every single thing that I can. That's why I do the show. Everybody out there is teaching, both myself and everyone else out there. Nobody has all the answers. But guess what? When we stand together, we do. Because somebody knows the things that we don't. And that's what's absolutely beautiful. And then, then Mr. I love it shows up with his group and Karen shows up, you know, and, and I gotta, I gotta show you this. So we have, I have a son that does three D printing. So this is, this is Karen in her absence, Karen, the riveter eating a sandwich here. So, you know, and, and all of us standing together, it's a great, it's a great way to do approach anything in life, because if we stand together, we can do anything. I want to add a couple of things to what we were just reading today. Anyone can use that same set, one or another or all four. You can keep following Donna and use the exact same ones. All you have to do is edit them to your location. If you don't understand them, ask. Because there's a lot of people out there that can help you understand what's in them. You need to understand it before you put your name on it. So if you're concerned about signing something because you're not sure about a line, ask. And we'll do our best to answer you one way or another. But anybody can do it. And I learned that when you click on the... the filling to participate, you can actually copy paste from that on the JotForm. And so if you're anywhere in Michigan, it's really easy. You can just take out the Byron Township part and pretty much these notices will probably apply. I would be cautious doing that until you really understand it. Don't just decide to do this. You're going to have to spend the time to really understand it. You can do it, but the first step is learning. You have to learn this and put it through its paces a little bit so that if you have to defend what you're saying, you don't go up there and end up looking like an idiot. You've got to spend the time into this and make this a priority. And then all of a sudden it becomes easy. Yep. Also, I wanted to add that these notices, when Donna's been reading them and serving them, the clerk has not been recording them in the minutes. And so pretty soon here, she's going to be reminded that she needs to acknowledge the instructions by the people. She is recording that people are complaining about some of the things that we've been talking about with regards to the water wars. She does record what comments people have. Except mine. I don't put mine in anything, you know, but that's okay. Cause I have a professional grade camera with me and I record the whole thing. So they got a problem. It's shifting and it's tricky because the clerk can record things however she wants to record things. But it doesn't look very good if suddenly she changes how she records things. I've had that happen to me before. And when you notice that, go ahead and tell them you notice that. Tell them in front of the public in a public meeting. Because the public needs to know the disdain that they're expressing every which way that they're doing it. Because they may not be looking at the meaning minutes. Maybe then they're going to open those up and see what else they've missed along the way. It's just like not knowing how your constitution reads when you read it. It's like reading the Bible and going, well, my church doesn't do it this way. Yeah. A few of us have been there at some point in our lives and it changes your perspective on a lot of things when how you read it should go is not matching how things are and what you're seeing in front of you. And that's why we have to do this education process, not just for them, but also for us. And I sent Donna the link in the chat. There is an example for us. Where this is actually proven to work with a woman named Summer in Wisconsin. I love Summer. Delivering notices. And there's a video of a board member responding publicly during a board meeting. And it's very short. I think it would be great to show people if she can put that up. It's on X. I have some skills. Sometimes it's a little bit rough for me, but hey, more guts than brains here. Here we go. We need an audio. Can you hear it? No. Nope. All right. Let's see what's going on here. Let me mess with it a minute, see if I can get it to come off. while you're messing with it, I think it's important for us all to remember that these clerk of courts and these clerks that are in these administrative positions have changed dramatically over the last two hundred years. And in nineteen forty seven, when we went to the Administrative Procedures Act, it gave them cover. that they believe they have immunity from. They don't have immunity that they believe they have. So they will be in a position where they're going to start to have to tell the truth. I'm going to try this to see if you can hear it a minute, okay? Tell me if you can hear it. Perfect. No. I don't hear anything. Okay, let me see. What am I doing wrong? I keep talking. We'll get it. Where do we go from here? I don't know. Talk about anything. How are your farm animals doing right now? We'll give people a little hint that number five, which hasn't been served yet, it will be regarding there is no immunity for unofficial acts. So when they step outside the scope of the authority granted to them by the constitutions and law, they don't have an immunity for that. They think they do. They think their bond is going to protect them. They think the attorneys are going to protect them. But if they go outside the scope of their authority, and especially when they trespass on the rights of the people, which is their one most important duty. They have no immunity for that. Nobody is going to be responsible for paying up on that accountability and achieving justice for the people except themselves. That's a big deal when it comes to something like what they're doing in Byron Township. The destructive... I'm going to put this up. I'm going to do another sound check. Let's see. I'm going to get that time, Donna. Okay, now... Oh, Superlars and Verklow? Can you hear it? We can. Okay. I just had to put it in a different browser. All right, guys. Showtime. Here we go. I think I got it working. See, I wish I had an assistant here, but I'm my own assistant. You're the production team. You're doing a great job. I'm my own grandpa. I do it all here. Let's see if we can get her going here a minute. All right. What's going on? Okay. I love it. Okay, now I'm on a non related issue. I wanted to introduce a public record notice to demand protected demand to protect the people, people's health, safety, prosperity and happiness, that notice that we got this afternoon. So I don't know if this is the proper time to do that. But I would like that to be entered into the public record. And I plan on acting on it the best of my ability. I was elected by these constituents. They are from the area that will be affected by this facility. And so I will do whatever I can possibly to prevent this from going forward, whether that's on the county board or if that's in front of the PSC. Done. Thank you. Yay. Where's your applause button, Donna? Hang on. I can make that happen. That's the way notices are supposed to work and they're going to begin to work in Byron Township moving forward. Okay. Now I got it started. Okay. Okay. Once we get rid of the gatekeepers, the clerks and the other people that are suppressing, we will begin to get remedy. And remedy will come quickly. You know, General Flynn always says local action equals national impact. It does. And really what we're seeing right now, and I can tell you this firsthand because I have people all over the state contacting me about what has happened in their townships. Blended townships. They did it in Ottawa County. They drained the water table, forcing people on municipal water, and they're charging them four times the amount that they were being charged before, even for municipal water. In Wyoming, what's happening here, BK Civil is the city engineer. There's no city engineer about it. It's a contractor. They're in eight states and multiple municipalities around here. And they're trying to tie all of these water systems together and tie it into Wyoming. Well, just so you guys know, Wyoming has an egregious amount of PFAS in the water. And I'm going to be the one that's going to sound the alarm right now. They know it. And the problem with that is that it is always detectable in testicular tissue. And I can tell you right now, unless you're guarding against this, it's all over the planet, but they have high levels in Wyoming that have been reported. You're going to see a plummet in the birth rate. Guaranteed. So, all right, guys. Well, let's- I said there was a little bit of a rabbit trail. Yeah, but it is what it is. This is an important thing to understand. There's so many different ways we can go with this, but it is important. So Greg's got to go. Greg's the party pooper today. Sorry about that. I love it. It's been a great session, though. We'll pick it up again next week. Yeah, that sounds good. So at any rate, let's go ahead and say prayers and then we'll go on to our day because we are so blessed to be living at this time. What an awesome time to be alive. This isn't a bad time. This is a great time to be alive where people are proving their inner strength, where we're learning, we're sharpening, we're meeting great people. We're dividing out, you know, and we're able to see the people that are absolutely committed to pure evil and the ones who are committed to pure good. And it's amazing to see. So let's say a prayer. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Greg and Karen and Ralph and Bill and all the wonderful people that are out there that have participated and are participating in this wonderful adventure that we're on, taking back the United States of America from some very, very evil people who have overlaid the Republic with the destruction that they had planned. But the great thing is, as we know, you're with us. You will never leave us nor abandon us. You're walking us through this captivity, and it has been a captivity. You're walking us out of it, just like you have people throughout time. You're faithful, you're wonderful, and we are so proud to be able to call you our Father, our God, our Savior, Jesus Christ, our Savior, your only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. And we're going to continue to go on to this more and more to tell people what you did for all of us. It is amazing. We stand in awe of you that you came to us when we were yet sinners and you made the way when there seemed to be no other way. that there wasn't another way. And you made that way. You rent the veil and two in the temple. And we can go directly to you to talk to you, to ask you for help and guidance and wisdom. And we are just so thankful for every provision you've given us in the leading that you have given us along this path, this beautiful path you put ahead of us. So anyhow, thank you for everything. And I ask that you bless every single person out there with your favor and with your presence and with your leading into your way and the way of the eternal life with you forever. We can all be together forever. What an awesome thing. Thank you so much. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. Amen. There we go, boys and girls. We're going to go to that part of the show. Ding, ding, ding, ding. Go to my twenty twenty two protest because it was a lie. The twenty twenty two election was a lie. So it was the twenty twenty election. Ding, ding, ding, ding. Go to Brandenburg for Governor.com. I'm the best non-conceder who's ever not conceded in history. The United States. I like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump. I wear boots. I wear them every day. So I wear them better. Then we talk about this and that. And so. We continue to take back the United States of America. So with that all said, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love. And God bless America. Make it a great day. Every single act that you do, even the smallest one, God will never forget. He will remember. He remembers you. He holds you. He's a father. He adores you. I did a post this morning just because it was on my heart. Tell everybody I'm a mom. Okay. My favorite job I ever had in my entire life was raising children. I loved being a mom. And then I adopted a little girl whose mom died in her side. And I love being mom. And you know what? My ability to see the whole world is seeing everyone as my responsibility as my child. And that's the way we all are. Jesus talked about it. People becoming your mother, your brother, your sister, your children. And that's the way we need to look at everyone. We are all family. So let's go out and do this thing and make that a reality. Everyone is adored. Everyone is significant. Everyone is welcome. So we will see you guys. I don't even know if I have a show planned for tomorrow. I don't because I've got a meeting tomorrow. So I won't be on tomorrow. But we'll see you next week. And you have a great weekend. And bye. Have a great day.
